1. Fuse Block.
2. A.L.D.L Connector (diagnostic link for plugging in scanner).
3. Fuel Pump Relay. (NOTE: AC DELCO EP 381 Fuel Pump is needed to supply 65 P.S.I fuel pressure.)
4. Color Coded PCM (computer) Connectors (4) Red, Blue, Black, and Gray.
5. Tan wire goes to the check engine light. Must supply a 12 volt hot wire to the bulb, the tan wire is the ground to complete the circuit.
6. Red wire should have 12VDC in crank and run.
7. White wire is optional TACH signal wire - Ground Side.
8. Black wire ground to back of block or head. BE SURE to clean contact point. Ground battery to engine or transmission, engine to body, and engine to frame.
9. Three prong plug with a purple water type seal goes to cam sensor
10. Three prong plug with light green seal with orange, brown and white wires, go to three prong oil pressure switch and the white wire that runs from this plug, is used with GM compatible gauges, But if you use VDO Stewart Warner, ect, you must use their sending unit.
11. Passenger side O2.
12. Driver side O2.
13. Red plug with gray seal and green and red wire, is the Canister Purge. Only needed if doing an emission legal system.
14. EGR Solenoid�s Black plug with gray seal and gray and black wires. Only needed if doing an emission legal system.
15. Orange wire with quick burn fusible link, goes to the hot battery starter. If you are using a battery disconnect you must be on the hot side of the disconnect.
16. Gray plug with blue seal with five wires goes to the Lenoir EGR. ( Not needed in NON EMISSION applications.)
17. Blue wire with a black plug goes to the Knock Sensor.
18. Black plug with blue seal and light green and black wire, goes to the Engine Temp Sensor at the front of the intake.
19. Dark brown wire is the HOT lead, to the electric fuel pump (fuse and relay is in the harness).
20. Black plug with blue seal and yellow and purple twisted wire, goes to the vehicle speed senor in the tail housing of the transmission.
21. Black plug with blue seal and four wires, goes to the Idle Air Motor at the front of the intake.
22. Black round plug with the purple seal, goes to the Throttle Position Sensor
23. Injector plug goes to the main injector plug located behind the throttle body.
24. Gray plug with a purple seal and light green and gray wires, go to the MAP Sensor.
25. Black plug with purple seal and yellow, black, and red wires, go to the MASS AIR FLOW.
26. Tan plug with purple seal and red, white and blue wires, go to the Coil.
27. Black plug with blue seal and red, white, black, and blue wires, go to the Coil Driver.
28. Black plug with purple seal and violet, yellow and red wires, go to the Crank Sensor.

1. Fuel Pump Relay.
2. A.L.D.L Connector ( Diagnostic link for scanner).
3. Fuse Panel.
4. Ignition Switch (red wire,12 volt with key on and in start position).
5. Tachometer (white wire).
6. 4000 Pulse vehicle speed signal for Speedometer (Green wire).
7. Cruise Control (yellow wire).
8. Brake Light Switch (purple wire) Normally closed for torque converter lockup.
9. Check Engine Light (brown wire) You must supply 12 volts supply to 12 volt bulb, this wire is the ground side to complete the circuit.
10. Black wire ground to back of block or head. BE SURE to clean contact point. Ground battery to engine or transmission, engine to body, and engine to frame.
11. Cam Sensor (three prong plug, black with purple seal.
12. Oil Pressure wire (USED with GM compatible gauges, NOT USED with any other brand of gauges).
13. Oil Pressure sending unit ( Part # 25036553 Three prong with brown and orange wire).
14. Direct to Fuel Pump (brown wire).
15. Cam Plug (Three prong plug with purple seal).
16. Coil Driver (Three prong plug with blue seal).
17. Driver side / Passenger side Knock sensor wire (blue wire).
18. Hot fused link to main post on starter (orange wire).
19. Driver side injector plugs (end plug has red and black wires).

30. Vehicle Speed output (black Plug with blue seal and twisted yellow and purple wire).
31. Vehicle Speed input (black Plug with blue seal and twisted blue and red wire).
32. 4L80E Transmission plug (large gray plug).
33. MAF (three prong black plug with purple seal, red, yellow and black wire).
34. Air Temp Sensor (gray plug blue seal, black and brown wire).
