About Us
Abu Dhabi International Quality Consultancy (ADIQC) was established in August2007 supported by Sheikh Khalifa Fund. It is a UAE based company, which providesManagement System Consultancy Services to Healthcare facilities, Industries andEducational institutes.We ensure our support to Healthcare facilities and Industries for the developmentof documentation and assisting in the implementation for National andinternational standards for accreditations by providing awareness & training to theentire organization.
ADIQC has exceptionally qualified and expert multinational consultants who arefully competent and also provide consultancy services to assist with the start up ofnew businesses.
ADIQC is a registered company for conducting Clinical Coding Audit for hospitals,centre and clinics (E/M Accreditation)
ADIQC provides Training on ICD-10 CM clinical coding and physiciandocumentation.
ADIQC provides series of specific and general trainings to the Health CareFacilities, Industries, Educational institutes and other Companies including Heartsaver, First Aid, Basic Life Support and advance cardiac life support which isaffiliated with American Heart Association and Certificates issued by AmericanHeart Association.
ADIQC provides mandatory trainings with CME as we are registered with HAAD.
ADIQC is with registered with OSHAD as a third party EHSMS Auditor and EHSMSprogram development and implementation as well as providing environmentalhealth and safety trainings.

ABUDHABI deems Environment, health and safely (EHS) to be of primaryimportance and a fundamental core business value.
ADIQC ABU DHABI recognizes that health and safety of employees and protectionof environment is a management responsibility. Toward this the seniormanagement leadership that is totally committed to the creation of a safe andhealthy working environment which is free from injuries or accidents and ill healthfor all of their employees and all others involved in their work activity.
In order to effectively manage ADIQC ABU DHABI will:
Promote and encourage a positive safety culture that considers people to bethe most valuable asset and health and safety to be a first considerationregarding all work activities.
Strive to achieve the highest standards of health and safety by safetymanagement, leadership, motivation and a policy of continual improvement.
Provide a safe and healthy working environment that encourage and recognizesafe working practices and enable people to make safe choices at their placesof work.
Arrange appropriate and suitable health and safety training for all employees.

Seek to prevent pollution and use natural resources sustainably by consideringenvironmental performance and climate change in investment decisions,master planning, development design and construction, property andcommunity management and supporting relevant research and development.
Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement by identifyingappropriate environmental standards, developing and implementing

guidelines, implementing pollution mitigation measures, monitoringenvironmental performance, and reviewing activities where necessary;
Provide environmental training and awareness to staff to enable them to carryout their jobs responsibly, and ensure accountability for environmentalperformance at all Levels in ADIQC ABU DHABI;
ADIQC ABU DHABI will comply with and strive to exceed statutory obligationsand the ADIQC ABU DHABI EHS Management Systems will be maintained andcontinually updated to include the organization and arrangements to achievethis.
ADIQC ABU DHABI will give unequivocal support to all managers, supervisorsand employees who act in the best interest of EHS.
All ADIQC ABU DHABI personnel are required to take reasonable care of theirown and others safety and to support and promote, the ADIQC ABU DHABI EHSPolicy and the ADIQC ABU DHABI EHS Management Systems and procedures.
ADIQC ABU DHABI’s EHS Policy will be reviewed at least annually and revised asnecessary.
