One of trigger for growing of social capital in industry is trust, norm and network exist in industry. This study aims to determine how much influence between social capital and intellectual capital on the performance of employees in PT. Pembangkitan of Java-Bali Unit Pembangkit Paiton-Probolinggo.The research data was collected using a survey method based on the state of the field as well as interviews with respondents. The research approach uses a qualitative approach is quantitative analysis, data obtained by questionnaire answers were analyzed with statistical techniques using structural equation modeling amos 18.0 series.From the results of this study found that there is a positive and significant influence of social capital and intellectual capital on the performance of employees. Parameter estimation of social capital on the performance of the employee (1.168) The same thing happens also in parameter estimates between the intellectual capital on the employee's performance (0.297). And parameter estimation of intellectual capital on the performance of the employee (0.059) that showed positive results of the third test the hypothesis, the value of CR = (1.688) or CR ± 2.00 with a significance level OF 0.5 (5%).
