ABSTRACT
In this system we have created the new generation ATM machine which can be operated with the SIM instead of ATM card. The camera presented near the ATM machine will capture the users image and compare it with the user image in the server using MATLAB. So by using this system need of ATM card is completely eliminated and we can operate the ATM machine by using our SIM itself. The concept of this project involves malfunction avoidance.

Introduction ATMs are used to carry out a variety of personal
and business financial transactions and/or banking functions.
ATMs are now found in many locations having a regular or high volume of consumer traffic.
The consumers have the ability to carryout their ATM financial transactions and/or banking functions at any time of the day and on any day of the week.

GSM
The GSM Modem comes with a serial interface through which the modem can be controlled using AT command interface.
Mobile scanning device scans SIM number and send information through GSM Modem
A GSM modem requires a SIM card from a wireless carrier in order to operate.
Voice annunciation & Alert module
The voice annunciation module guide the consumer step by step to use the ATM.
It is very useful for blind people & new users of ATM.
If the steps of the predefined process goes wrong, the alert module gives the alert.
Web Camera Before password session, an image
processing unit is proceeded by web camera.
In our project, normal web camera is used. In the real time implementation an high
accuracy camera is used, which compare the skull coordinates of the account user with the predefined user image.
