Combining their previous experience in the care industry it seemed an ideal combination to begin their own independent domiciliary care agency. We provide care to people in their own homes who want a quality service with a personal touch. Not only do we pride ourselves with employing excellent carers, but also a team of true professionals.

Working with other professionals and carers within the community it is our aim to:
• Provide personal care packages carefully tailored to individual needs. This enables people with disabilities, the elderly and others to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
• Meet each individual’s needs as far as possible, with particular sensitivity to the race, religion and cultural background of each client.
• Do a full risk assessment of each individual’s needs in full consultation with them, their family or friends and other relevant services, to provide a totally integrated package of care and support.
• Provide appropriate care for those leaving hospital to aid and assist their recuperation.
• Provide a 24 hour on-call service for emergencies.
• Ensure that all carers are fully trained and supported so that they can provide the highest level of care.
How We Can Help
Our carers cover anything from a quick call of just 15 minutes to make a client a hot drink to comprehensive 24 hour care. We operate around the clock, 365 days a year. Our care packages are tailor-made for each individual’s specific needs and requirements. Examples of some of the services we provide are:
Our Friendly, Professional, Fully Trained Staff
Our carers are all fully trained, supervised and supported to care. Each one has been interviewed, police checked and a minimum of four references obtained.
They will then undertake an induction course and will be shadowed and observed by a senior member of our team before they visit clients on their own.
Our carers have their own training programmes and must attend annual refresher courses. In accordance with the directives set by the Care and Social Inspectorate of Wales (CSSIW), our carers are formally supervised and monitored in their work by our senior management team on a regular basis.
Client assessments and reviews are undertaken by our senior management team.
