STEP 9: THE FINALE—DINNER!Dinner is a magnificent 4-course gourmet mealprepared by International Chef Ronnie Coppens.The menu features 12 entrees, including medal-lions of venison, duck, and crusted fresh-waterpickerel, as well as, nightly specials.
