Vanessa Blake is a land planner and commercial real estate professional helping clients execute real estate projects in Central California. She was born in Stockton, currently lives in Manteca, and has strong ties to the Central Valley.

Vanessa has worked closely on private land development projects with her cousin, Landon Blake, for the past few years. This relationship with Landon allows Vanessa to bring a knowledge of land surveying to her work in real estate projects.

Vanessa has experience working on real estate projects in the California Bay Area and California Central Valley.

At Redefined Horizons, Vanessa helps clients as an assistant land planner and land title professional. Her tasks include performing land records research, reviewing land records, completing land planning applications, and guiding the client through the land planning process.

Vanessa is an active member of the California Land Title Association, the National Association of Independent Land Title Agents, and the National Association of Appraisers.
