BRIEF HISTORY : Newtech was established year in 2003 as a small trading firm by Mr A V Adsul. Before promoting Newtech, Mr. Adsul was working with Batliboi ltd and Jaksons Ltd and gained hands on experience, in marketing and execution of large projects Initial focus was on selling diesel generating sets in and around Pune. Within a short span of Newtech established itself as prominent player in DG set industry. In keeping with view of providing customized solutions in power and allied fields, Newtech rightly diversified and added new products in its fold like acoustic canopies for DG sets and compressors, MV and LT panels, turnkey contracts and renamed itself as Newtech Eclectic Co India Pvt. Ltd. Today Newtech is multiproduct, multi location and professionally managed organization with quality certification ISO 9001 2008. Recently Newtech started exporting the products and services to some Asian & African Countries. Each division is headed by a professional having core competency in its field and backed by team of engineers and technicians. Some of the key persons and their background is as under: Mr. A V Adsul [ Managing Director] Mr. A V Adsul is helm of NEWTECH ELECTRIC CO INDIA PVT. LTD. He driven by one basic idea - to build an organization which was deeply committed to values and customer satisfaction, in the firm belief that success in business would eventually but inevitably follow. Mr. Abhay Limaye [ Director -Marketing ] He has a track record for customer centricity, passion for excellence and rigor in execution. Mr. Limaye has rich experience in marketing of industrial products for more than 20 years and has worked for reputed companies like Cummins India Ltd, Kirloskar oil Engines Ltd, MTU India Ltd. Ms. Sapna Kale : Post graduate in commerce, Sapna has more than 10 years’ hands on experience in different functions like accounts, finance, and taxation. Mr. Ashok Kshirsagar Graduate engineer having around 15 years of experience in marketing. He looks after power generation division. Mr. Dhananjay Thube Mechanical engineer, having more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing of acoustic enclosures & heads manufacturing & Engg Divn. Mr. Thomas Antony : Electrical engineer with 15 years experience in procurement and project execution. Mr.Koustubh Ghodke : Automobile engineer with 15 years experience , takes care of spares and services division. Mr. Mohan Teli : control panel division headed by Mr. Teli ,an Electrical engineer with 10 years experience.. Mr. Sachin Tirkunde : A very resourceful Mechanical engineer ,rightly looking after manufacturing. Mr. Sandeep Shinde : Mechanical engineer – design of enclosures and bus ducts. Ms. Nishigandha Patil : Electrical engineer looks after design and estimation of panels division. Ms. Isha Rastogi : Post graduate in Business Analysis. Isha works on special assignments like overall organization improvement and MIS. Additionally she looks after operations and HR.
