Rtn Vishwanath was magnanimous in inviting every team member of Bandhavya to view their opinion, all the team members viz., Rtn Seena, Rtn Raju , Rtn Ayyana, Rtn Milton, Rtn Gopal, Rtn Bhaskar to name a few. Speaking on the occasion Rtn Seena said the real challenge was not on the food preparation but on the logistics in serving the same. Every Rotarian was enthusiastic in serving the food to all the children, parents and others involved in the activity. Seenanna also felt that every person should follow the instructions given by the respective team leader instead of everybody taking their own decisions and creating chaos. Rtn Raju said he was very happy of having joined rotary and was thankful to Rtn Raghavendra who has introduced him to the club. Rtn Ayyanna was almost in tears when was asked his experience, he truly felt serving these children was directly serving god. Rtn Gopal regretted having joined Rotary very late, he felt that seeing the parents was like a cow searching for lost calf. Could'nt stop tears rolling down. Rtn Milton who was very active felt that every time he has reserved his time for this activity. Rtn Bhaskar felt it was good opportunity to serve the needy. Rtn Dr. Prahlad was in for all the praise for the new club members viz., GK, Manju and others he also said that the enthustastic new members should take up similar jobs in doing all the jobs entrusted too them in near future in all the club activities. Rtn Vishwanna felt that the jobs entrusted was handled very aptly by all the respective team leaders and thanked whole heartedly which was very evident from the face, in a fitting reply to Rotrarians who just passed comments on the jobs done …………….. said commitment to work is more important than talking in thin air………..anger over took the satisfaction of seeing the children's joy. He felt that “Helping Hands better than Praying lips”. TRIO EXPERIENCE in Malaysia

Rtn Alagappan Rtn. Sundar and Rtn Umesh had been to Malaysia to relax after hectic work in bandhavya event. For every reason star bucks have been greatly profited from the

visit as Rtn Sundar enjoyed coffee every three hours along with the other members.

The trio also meet Dr Ravindranath in Malaysia and exchanged pleasantries, Dr Rav indranath also enquired about each and every member of our club and was happy that the club is doing fine in all its core competences.

Rtn Umesh having gone to Malaysia for the first time was very much excited about the cable cars to Genting Highland, and said that if he becomes Mayor of Mysore he would do the same to Chamundi Hills…………While visiting the famous Vel Murugan temple all the trio has prayed for the good health and wealth of all the club members.

The trio also visited the famous casino in Genting Highland and having won bountiful of Malaysian currency has plans to sponsor everybody to this truly Asian

country. However the sad part is that he h a s n o t e v e n bothered to bring in chocolates to his fellow members……

RMA CELEBRATES SCHOOL DAY

Rotay Midtown Academy Celebrated 6th

School day on 09-01-2015. A huge crowd of

parents, students, local community leaders

along with a band wagon of Rotarians were

present at the function.

Started with a traditional welcome at

around6 O’ clock with a beautiful Ganapathi

Shloka by the Students of RMA.

Rtn. Venkatesh was the Chief guest of the

programme without his elaborate speech

he allowed children to show their talents.

Rtn. Srinivas and Ann. Lavanya Srinivas

presented a Gold Medal to the best

outgoing student Kum. Chaitra Shetty for

the academic year 2013.

Prizes were also given to the best sports

and academic Students. Rtn. Ramki was of

full praise for the students and staff of RMA

who had concurred lots of glory to the

Institution.

Rtn Sundar ordered a cup of coffee in a star bucks restaurant! The waiter served the coffee. Rtn Sundar found a fly in the coffee. Rtn Sundar called the waiter.Rtn Sundar : How do I drink this coffee!Waiter : Don't you know how to drink a coffee?Rtn Sundar : Waiter, see, there is a fly in my coffee.Waiter : Oh yes sir, you are right! There is a fly in your coffee.Rtn Sundar : Waiter, I said, there is a fly in MMY coffee (He stressed the word MY)Waiter : Oh don't worry sir, the fly wont drink much!Rtn Sundar : Waiter, it is swimming in my coffee.Waiter : Sir, do you want me to get a lifeguard for the fly sir?(Annoyed) Rtn Sundar: the fly is dead, its irritating!Waiter : I guess, it doesn’t know how to swim properly.Rtn Sundar : How do I drink this coffee?Waiter : Don't you know how to drink? I will teach you!

He drank the coffee! And said, this is how you should drink a coffee…..Poor Rtn Sundar with his hands in pocket ………left… Right… Left… Right… Leaves the restaurant and comes back to Mysore.

Congratulations!!Congratulations to Rtn. Dr. Amarlal for becoming grandfather second time. The family welcomed the new addition when Dr. Amarlal's 2nd daughter-in-law delivered a baby girl at Bangalore recently.

Dr. Prahlad’s father Sri Anantha Bayari, aged 90 y e a r s p a s s e d away in Bangalore on Saturday the 10th Jan. 2015.

Midtown deeply mourns the demise and prays for the Strength to Dr. Prahlad’s family members.
