Conzelmann GmbH – a brief history
In just 17 years, Conzelmann GmbH has developed from a one-man operation in a garage to one of the leading German whole-salers in the sector of welding accessories. This is all the more remarkable when one considers that the current staff of 25 mainly consists of family members.
The company is still managed by its founder Jürgen Conzelmann as well as his daughter Tanja Bastian, who has now been respon-sible for the back offi ce for two years. Our company, with its comprehensive range of almost 3,000 products, has developed from a simple seller of accessories into a specialised technical company which is proud to count amongst its list of clientele the most well known OEMs, whom it supplies with complete systems. Our own developments also ensure that our technolo-gy always complies with the latest technical standards.
In addition to these segments, our technical products and our solutions for cooling water technology are unique in Germany. Our research department constantly drives new de-velopments, which ensures that our customers always have state-of-the-art technology available to them. We only pro-cess high quality products which are all made in Germany.
With two other factories in Burgau and East Frisia, we support our growth strategy and have total production space of more than 2,500 m². We can thus satisfy the individual needs of our customers and ensure speedy order processing.
We see ourselves not only as suppliers to our customers but also as partners on whom one can rely. You will be in good hands with our family-run company, now and in the future.

The coolants HKF 15.1 MW65 and HKF 30.1 MW65 replace the coolants HKF 15.1 and HKF 30.1, which are classifi ed as hazardous products!
Note: Do not mix ethanol-based HKF 15.1 MW 65 coolant with the new HKF 15.1 P 120 Eco, as this has completely diff erent constituents.
No labelling obligation and no hazardous goods!
Not hazardous to health, corrosive or fl ammable.
High currents can be conducted.
The resistance can also be withstood with strands of less than 0.07 mm².
Thanks to a new type of glycol there is no decomposition.
High temperatures can be absorbed. Up to 100 °C!

Our recommendation for you
As a German representative for the pump manufacturer Speck, Simaco and Ceme, we constantly research and develop new cooling technology products, especially in the fi eld of welding technology.Requirements have signifi cantly increased in the last 10 years due to higher voltages in WIG welding accompanied by thin-ner copper strands on the torches. For 16 years, our Research Department has focused on always off ering our customers the latest solutions for cooling technology.
The HKF 15.1 P-120 Eco, on the market since November 2015, meets this requirement with its special mixture of alcohol and glycol. We have been able to develop inhibitors for corrosion pro-tection of components such as brass, copper, aluminium, zinc, tin and other metals especially to protect pumps and torches using electrical current and we achieve excellent results. Nevertheless, the PH value, which we quantify as perfect at 8-9, remains stable and the fl ashpoint remains at over 100°. We achieve frost protec-tion of between -15 ° and -30 ° with our standard tools. All this is combined with a conductivity of less than 25 microsiemens.Our HKF 15.1 P-120 Eco is therefore suitable for all applications such as WIG, MAG, plasma and robot technology. Despite these
enormous values and versatility. It is important that we are not subject to the labelling obligation, i.e. the inhibitors are not clas-sifi ed as hazardous goods, are not hazardous to health and are biologically degradable according to OECD criteria.
We are also working on future development and therefore hope to achieve these outstanding values with a 100 % renewable raw material in 1 to 2 years. Manufactured in CO²-free production with water pollution class 0 and therefore freely disposable.
With our large market share in Europe, we are one of the lead-ing companies in the cooling technology sector and we will be pleased to advise your company in this respect. We supply more than 20 diff erent companies with various constituents, not only in the welding technology sector.With our own fi lling plant, we can fi ll 5 / 10 / 25 / 200 / 500 / 1000 litres as well as gallons.
