Siegel, LLC, a general practice law firm in Havertown, Pennsylvania, where his practice focuses on providing professional guidance to law firms, representation be- fore disciplinary authorities, and appellate and trial court brief writing ser- vices. been named by Philadelphia magazine as one of Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers practicing in the environmental and land use areas. Mr. Agulnick is a member of the Pennsylvania Legislature’s Joint State Gov-ernment Commission’s Advisory Committee on Real Property Law. He is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and served as vice chair of the Environmental and Land Use Committee. He is a mem-ber of the Legal Action Committee of the National Association of Home Builders, and a member of the Steering Committee of the NAHB LANDS Network, a nationwide network of land use attorneys. He has participated in the drafting and negotiation of important land use legislation including revisions to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. Sara A. Austin, Esq.

Ms. Austin is a partner with Austin Law Firm LLC in York. She has served as a past president of the York County Bar Association, the Penn-sylvania Bar Institute, and the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Associa-tion, and is a member of the York County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. She has also served on the board of governors for the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Before entering private practice, Ms. Aus-tin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ross W. Krumm, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Virginia. Mr. Kunkle is an associate in the Environmental Litigation Department of Napoli Shkolnik PLLC in New York City. Jeffrey A. Marshall, Esq., CELA

Mr. Marshall is the founder of and currently serves of counsel with Mar-shall, Parker & Weber LLC, which has offices in Williamsport, Wilkes-Barre, Jersey Shore, and Scranton. His principal area of practice is elder law, including estate planning, long-term care planning, care manage-ment, and estate administration. Mr. Marshall has written and lectured extensively on elder law and elder care planning. He has been a contribut-ing author for editions of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Estate Plan-ning in Pennsylvania and Elder Law in Pennsylvania. John R. Martin, Esq.

Mr. Martin is a partner in the firm of Pillar+Aught, in Harrisburg. His practice focuses on representing employers in all aspects of employment law and litigation, including gender, age, disability, and race discrimina-tion cases, wrongful discharge and breach-of-contract cases, wage cases, cases under the Family and Medical Leave Act, noncompete and breach of fiduciary duty injunctive relief cases, and unemployment compensation cases. Timothy Murray, Esq.

Mr. Murray is a partner in the Pittsburgh firm of Murray, Hogue & Lan-nis. Matthew J. Parker, Esq., CELA

Mr. Parker is a principal of Marshall, Parker & Weber, LLC, with offices in Williamsport, Jersey Shore, Wilkes-Barre, and Scranton. His legal practice is focused on elder law, estate and special needs planning, and es-tate administration. Mr. Parker received his B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. from Penn State Dickinson School of Law. He is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation under authorization from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is also proud to represent veterans as a VA-accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Parker gained national ac-claim when he won a landmark decision in the federal court case, James v. Richman. The case established specialized Medicaid annuities as a means of protecting the financial resources of married couples when one spouse needs nursing home care. His victory in this case has provided an addi-tional planning technique for thousands of seniors throughout Pennsylva-nia and other states. Mr. Parker has taught for the Pennsylvania Bar In-stitute and is a frequent speaker to consumer and professional groups on elder law issues, including guardianship and estate planning. Mary Ann Petrillo, Esq.

Ms. Petrillo has been a practicing attorney since 1983, with an office lo-cated in Irwin, Pennsylvania. She was awarded the 2011 and 2013 Trib-une Review Readers’ Choice Award Gold for Highest Ranked Attorney in Westmoreland County. Her practice emphasis includes adoption, estate planning, elder law, and estate administration. Ms. Petrillo was recog-nized as the 2009 recipient of a federal award entitled “Angels In Adop-tion” issued from the Congressional Coalition on Adoption, honoring her lifetime achievement as an advocate on behalf of children, especially those in foster care. Ms. Petrillo is a summa cum laude graduate of Mercyhurst College with degrees in sociology and law enforcement. been involved in the advocacy of children and the elderly for three dec-ades. She is a member of the board of directors of CASA of Westmoreland Inc. and serves as a volunteer member of the board of directors of Red-stone Highlands in furtherance of her interest in elder care. As an instruc-tor for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and as a fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, Ms. Petrillo teaches continuing legal edu-cation for members of the legal profession. She is a member of the Norwin Chamber of Commerce, the Westmoreland County Bar Association, and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parish. She is the former adoption department co-ordinator for the Allegheny County Orphans’ and Juvenile Courts.

Manny D. Pokotilow, Esq.

Mr. Pokotilow is senior counsel and a former managing partner of the in-tellectual property law firm of Caesar Rivise, PC, in Philadelphia. For more than 50 years, his practice has consisted of all aspects of intellectual property law, particularly litigation, involving the enforcement of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Mr. Pokotilow is now also fo-cusing his practice in alternative dispute resolution. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Poko-tilow has been lead intellectual property counsel in numerous landmark cases involving patents, trademarks, and copyrights. He has also medi-ated to conclusion high-profile cases and arbitrated complex cases. Mr. Pokotilow is a past chairman of the American Bar Association’s Propri-etary Rights in Software Committee of the Computer Law Division of the Section of Science and Technology. He is also one of the founders of the Al-ternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and has been a member of the panel of mediators since its inception. Mr. Pokotilow is a former mem-ber of the Mediation Panel of the International Trademark Association and past President of the Historical Society of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In 2015, he was elected President of the Jenkins Law Library, the country’s oldest law library. Mr. Pokotilow has received numerous awards and honors, including Best Law-yers Philadelphia’s Lawyer of the Year 2013 for trademark law, Lawyer of the Year 2012 for patent litigation, and Lawyer of the Year 2016 for intel-lectual property litigation; Managing Intellectual Property magazine’s 2013 Pennsylvania IP Litigator of the Year award; Chambers and Part-ner’s Star Rating from 2011 to 2015 and First Tier Rating from 2003 to 2010 in intellectual property; Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Top 10 List from 2011 to 2015 and Top 100 list from 2006 to 2016; the PBI Arthur Seidel Award in 2012; and the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Associa-tion’s Distinguished Intellectual Property Practitioner Award in 2015.

Scott M. Pollins, Esq.

Mr. Pollins is the principal of Pollins Law in Swarthmore and Wayne. He represents employees who are facing challenging issues with their current or former employers. Mr. Pollins is a member of the executive board of the National Employment Lawyers Association and president of their Eastern Pennsylvania chapter. He is a former co-chair of the Plaintiffs’ Employment Panel for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Penn-sylvania. He is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Employ-ment Rights and Responsibilities Committee, the American and Pennsylva-nia Associations for Justice, the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association, and the Maryland Employment Lawyers Association. Mr. Pollins received his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law and his B.S. from Bucknell University. A. Tereasa Rerko, Esq.

Ms. Rerko is a partner in the Greensburg, Pennsylvania, office of Quatrini Rafferty, P.C., and concentrates her practice in the area of social security disability. She has practiced law since 1984, and is a member of the West-moreland, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations and the Pennsyl-vania Trial Lawyers Association. She has consistently been listed in Who’s Who of American Lawyers every year since 1997. Ms. Rerko previously served on the board of directors of United Way of Southwestern PA and was a member of its Women’s Leadership Council, and served on the board of directors of accessAbilities, Inc., as vice president and chair of the Board Development Committee. She also served as a member of the board of directors for the accessAbilities Foundation, its sister agency. Ms. Rerko was involved with the former Girl Scout Council of Westmoreland for more than 17 years. Most recently she served two three-year terms as president of the board. She has also served as nominating committee chair and member at large of the board. As president, she initiated and finalized the council’s first strategic planning effort. Ms. Rerko has also served sev-eral terms on the board of directors of ParentWise of Westmoreland County and has been a member of the Zonta Club of Westmoreland. For more than 30 years, he has successfully combined his practical experience in business law, estates, real estate law, and financing matters with a de-tailed technical knowledge of tax law to assist clients around the Dela-ware Valley. His practice focuses on structuring and implementing busi-ness transactions and tax planning for closely held businesses and individuals. His work includes assisting clients with all legal and tax as-pects of the formation and operation of various business entities, including proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, and joint venture, and he regularly negotiates and structures the pur-chase and sale of businesses, including asset sales, stock sales, corporate reorganizations, and other similar arrangements. Mr. Samel has substan-tial experience in the area of estate and gift taxation and in drafting wills, trusts, and other agreements designed to preserve wealth and minimize taxes. He is also the chair of the firm’s Automobile Dealership Group, which assists automobile dealers with the acquisition and sale of dealer-ships, franchise litigation, succession planning, real estate law, environ-mental issues, employee relations, and other regulatory issues affecting automobile dealers. Mr. Samel was selected as a 2016 Top Attorney by Philadelphia Life magazine for estate planning and administration, elder law, and business law. Hon. Lori K. Serratelli

Judge Serratelli earned her Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Vermont in 1975 and received her Juris Doctorate from Capital Univer-sity Law School in Columbus, Ohio, in 1978. She served on the Law Re-view and co-authored a comment on child support issues. After beginning a solo practice in 1978 in Harrisburg, emphasizing family law and employ-ment discrimination, her husband, Steven J. Schiffman, joined her in 1980 to form the partnership of Serratelli & Schiffman, which grew over the decades to Serratelli, Schiffman & Brown, PC, a 12-member law firm emphasizing a wide spectrum of civil law practices. Over her 38 years in private practice, Judge Serratelli litigated extensively in the area of fam-ily law in the county courts throughout Central Pennsylvania and in the area of employment discrimination in the three federal district courts. has handled appeals to the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts and to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court. Judge Serratelli has been involved in the Harrisburg community in a variety of charitable and advocacy nonprofit organizations. She currently serves on the board of PA CASA, the state-wide organization supporting Court Appointed Special Advocates for chil-dren who are abused or neglected. She served as a volunteer CASA in Cumberland County from 2010 until joining the PA CASA board in 2014. She received the 27th Annual YWCA Tribute to Women of Excellence Award on March 16, 2016, from the Greater Harrisburg YWCA recogniz-ing her lifetime commitment to end racism and work on behalf of women’s rights to legal, social, and economic equality. She has been committed to pro bono legal service throughout her legal career. During law school, she volunteered to represent indigent individuals seeking welfare assistance through the appeals process. Judge Serratelli has been committed to the mediation process to resolve disputes, saving parties from the high finan-cial and emotional cost of litigation. She worked in the ABA pilot project, the Night Prosecutor Program, at Capital University Law School, in which she mediated neighborhood disputes. Following law school, as an attor-ney, she was trained in mediating personal injury cases and successfully mediated those matters for several years. She is also a trained family law mediator. She served as a volunteer mediator for the Susquehanna Town-ship Human Rights Commission, after helping to draft the local human rights ordinance. As an attorney, she represented clients in numerous me-diations through the federal court and with private mediators. On June 13, 2016, Governor Wolf honored Judge Serratelli by nominating her to fill a vacancy on the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. The nomina-tion was unanimously approved on a bipartisan basis by the Pennsylvania Senate. She was sworn in as judge on July 15, 2016, to serve an appoint-ment through January 1, 2018. Judge Serratelli serves in the Family Law Court, and hears Civil and Orphans’ Court matters, as well. She serves on the Self Help Center Committee, oversees the Hon. Todd A. Hoover Pro Bono Guardian Monitor Program, presides over Naturalization Court and is working on forming a steering committee to bring a CASA program to Dauphin County to train volunteer CASAs to assist the court on cases in-volving dependent children facing abuse or neglect.

Ronald J. Shaffer, Esq.

Todd J. Shill, Esq.

Mr. Shill is a partner in the firm of Pillar+Aught, in Harrisburg. Timothy A. Shollenberger, Esq.

Mr. Shollenberger is the founder and senior partner of Shollenberger Jan-uzzi & Wolfe, LLP, of Enola. He graduated summa cum laude from Dick-inson College in 1978 and attained his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1981. He has been continuously licensed to practice law since Octo-ber 27, 1981. Mr. Shollenberger has been selected for admission into both the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forums. He has attained a well earned reputation as a staunch advocate for his clients. He has tried personal injury cases to verdict in seven different counties and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He has arbitrated many more cases in various counties across the Commonwealth. He has successfully handled major cases for injured motorists and motorcyclists, as well as people injured be-cause of medical malpractice and defective products. In his career, he has attained numerous six-figure settlements and in 2003, 2005, and 2011, seven-figure settlements on behalf of injured clients. He is past president of the Montgomery Trial Lawyers Association and the Montgomery American Inn of Court, which he helped organize and start. He is past president of the Montgomery Bar Association, the Montgomery Bar Foundation, and the Montgomery County Trial Lawyers Association. He sat as a director of the Pennsylva-nia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL). He completed six years as a member of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board Hearing Committee, the last year as chairman. Since 1997, he has served as a civil discovery master for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. He is a co-founder of the Criminal Defense Law Commit-tee of the Montgomery Bar Association and served as chairman or co-chairman from 1988 until 1996. Mr. Steinberg sits on the House of Dele-gates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association from Zone 9. He is a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Montgomery Bar As-sociation in criminal and civil areas. For 25 years, he taught trial advo-cacy at the Beasley School of Law at Temple University. Mr. Steinberg served as a committee member on the Pennsylvania Joint State Govern-ment Commission Advisory Committee on Wrongful Convictions. He is the immediate past president of the board of directors of the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project (MCAP), a nonprofit corporation that provides free legal services to abused and neglected children involved in court cases, which he helped start in 1999. In 2005, he was named the Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Montgomery Trial Lawyers Association. Since 2004, Mr. Steinberg has been named one of Pennsylvania’s “Super Lawyers” by a poll of his peers as published in Philadelphia magazine, and he has been named as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania. Thomas D. Sutton, Esq.

Mr. Sutton is a past president and current member of the board of direc-tors of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Represen-tatives (NOSSCR). He has represented thousands of individual disability claimants, and served as co-counsel in the United States Supreme Court case, Sullivan v. Adam T. Wolfe, Esq.

Mr. Wolfe is the managing partner of Shollenberger Januzzi & Wolfe, LLP in Enola.
