As a Master of Music (Kodály Emphasis), she is in demand as a clinician, lecturer, adjudicator and guest conductor across Canada, the United States, Brazil, Japan, Europe, Australia and Canary Islands. In 1995, Ms. Quilichini founded the Calgary Girls Choir, one of Canada’s most dynamic and award- winning ensembles. A notable indicaon of Ms. Quilichini’s stature in the choral community is her choral series published by Alliance Music Publishing, Houston, Texas. She was a recipient of the Alberta Choral Federaon’s ‘con spirito’ award for her contribuons to the choral arts. Ms. Quilichini made her debut as maestro at Carnegie Hall direcng the choral concert “A Tribute to Peace and Freedom.” Ms. Quilichini connues to serve on the faculty of the Internaonal Summer Academy of Choral Conducng and Music Pedagogy in Las Palmas, Canary Islands and is the Arsc Director of the Nebraska Wesleyan University and the Wichita State University summer children’s choir programs. About the Artistic Director

Elaine Quilichini is recognized for her exceptional musicianship and distinguished work with choral ensembles. As a Master of Music (Kodály Emphasis), she is in demand as a clinician, lecturer, adjudicator and guest conductor across Canada, the United States, Brazil, Japan, Europe, Australia and Canary Islands. What is Children’s Choir Camp?This camp is an opportunity for talented young

singers to improve their musicianship, work with Elaine Quilichini, director of the Calgary Girls Choir, and participate in social activities

with other student musicians.

Who is eligible?To be eligible for the choir camp, the student

must:♫ Be 10-16 years of age

♫ Have an unchanged singing voice♫ Be recommended by a music

teacher/directorCost

Total Fee for Resident Campers: $400(Includes t-shirt, music, activities, and meals)

Total Fee for Day Campers: $325(Excludes breakfast and overnight housing)

How to ApplyChoral directors, teachers, and parents should accurately complete the attached application and send with a $50 non-refundable deposit

per singer (checks payable to Nebraska Wesleyan Children’s Choir Camp). Registrations will be accepted until the singer limit is reached.
