The experience of some completed projects
Project №1: The software package for managing a vending business
Project cases and prehistory: The customer company develops software packages for vending business management. The complex includes the management of all business aspects. The customer needed development and support functionality, including the possibility to:
conduct goods accounting, control, analysis and statistics; conduct accounting and cash monitoring of drivers; forecast future sales; create reports for Procurement Managers; generate necessary reports for Top Managers.
Project objectives: Create a Web application that allows: keep accounting of: vending machines location; sold products;
create the necessary reporting for different groups of users; integrate with the financial system for cash accounting; forecast future sales.
Solution:
As a solution to these issues Stylesoft LLC created Windows-application that calculates drivers’ route schedules, vending machines sales and creates summary reports. Results for the customer:
The project result was the software creation that automates all declared objectives and business processes. The customer staff got an opportunity to:
keep accounting management and sales control; analyze the products sale situation timely and qualitatively; predict the purchased commodity nomenclature optimally; minimize warehouses overstocking; avoid a double entering of information; exclude Error input.

Project №2: Device Management System Project cases and prehistory:
In connection with the technologies development, Customer has set the task to receive information about vending machines breakdowns and malfunctions. Project objectives: hardware and software
development to gather information on the device state;
constant information transfer about their devices working condition;
obtaining the necessary error information, sales and collected cash from devices.
Solution:
Customer has developed a device integrated with vending machine which transmits the data via the Internet. “Stylesoft” company has developed a web site
and a web service that allow you to get the required information from the device and display it to a user. Results for the customer:
The customer received hardware and software system that allow getting all information on sales, payments, status and machine breakdowns in real-time. In addition, “Stylesoft” company created a system that allows you to generate reports and keep statistics about the breakdowns, as well as sales and payments. The system is integrated with the main system and transmits all information in it to display relevant data in real time. Also the system integration with processing centers was made for payments processing with credit cards.

Project №3: Warehouse Management Project cases and prehistory:
The customer company develops a software system for vending business managing. The complex includes management for all business aspects. The customer needed to support and develop additional functionality. Project objectives: The main objective was the creation of an automated system for:
costs and parishes control on warehouse;
obtain relevant data on their quantity;
providing information on the vending machines quantity and types stored in the warehouse.
Solution: The "Stylesoft" specialists created software package that:
allows to make accounting in warehouses throughout the nomenclature commodity of various sections and groups, including the sales terms and using bar-coding;
shows the quantity and commodity nomenclature operations; integrated with main system.
Results for the customer:
The system created by "Stylesoft" company gives opportunities to work with the warehouse management. Its functionality allows you to display all necessary warehouse information. Stocks goods data become real and transparent for employees. Obtaining the necessary reporting and operational data was possible by using handheld computers (PDAs).

Project №4: Vending business control with mobile devices Project cases and prehistory:
Route drivers visit points of sales and collect data. Initially, this information is written on a paper that has caused numerous errors and data loss. Customer company has developed a software application for compact computers based on the O / C Palm. Project objectives:
Modernization of the developed application, the development of additional functionality and application conversion under the OS Windows CE.
Solution:
"Stylesoft" employees created a system based on handheld computers (PDA), which were given to each route driver. These solutions allow reading information from the vending machine via PDA. The missing information was entered to the application installed on the PDA. Results for the customer:
Created software package: allowed to collect all operational data from vending machines; integrated with VendMax; synchronized with the main database; allowed to optimize routes for the delivery drivers. It gives precise
instructions on actions to be carried out by staff on those routes; designed on OS Windows CE. The application is being developed on the
OS Android and iOS.

Project №5: TCS ParkingFinder is parking systems, electronic parking control and electronic road signs
Project cases and prehistory:
In developed countries, in big cities car parking
can be quickly filled with cars (for example, during
sports, concerts and other public events and shows). The
driver learns about parking filling (availability) only
when he is in the parking. Also, he could not select a
parking previously with a big number of free spaces and
the best rates. In addition, the driver did not possess more
detailed information about:
free parking spaces for car / bike / motorcycle;
the parking types (indoor, multi-level, underground, outdoor, etc.);
the available electrical recharging for an electric vehicle.

Project objectives:
1. Create mobile applications in addition to the main hardware-software complex, that will
inform the driver about the number of empty spaces and parking location;
2. Providing more detailed information about parking
spaces: a small description, hours, rates and additional
options;
3. The ability to build a route to the parking by a third-
party navigator.
Solution:
The company "Stylesoft" implemented an application that synchronized with the customer
server (address configured with QR-code) via the Internet every minute and receives the
necessary data to display. A driver obtains the current position via the GPS. The map shows the
driver location and the parking position with updated information about empty places. Indoor
parking is marked with an icon. A details window is open by clicking on the interest parking lot.
The user receives the following information there, if available:
1. Parking lot name;
2. Address and location;
3. Free space number;
4. Number of handicap places;
5. Date of the last update;
6. Additional available features:
Type of parking (indoor / outdoor, etc.);
Available cars to rent;
Bike parking availability;
Monthly subscription sale;
Charging for electric vehicles availability;
The possibility to pay by bank card;
7. The other additional information from the parking lot owner;
8. Permissible height of the vehicle;
9. The current tariffs.

After receiving the information about the status and availability of parking spaces, a user
can build a route via third-party navigator from your current location, or go to a little help about
the graphical notation. App supports 5 languages:
English;
French;
German;
Russian;
Spanish.
The application design was also developed by "Stylesoft" specialists.
Results for the customer:
“TCS ParkingFinder” mobile iOS-app was developed to the customer and it provides:
the necessary information about the parking situation, location and their
free/available quantity; more detailed information about a parking lot: a brief description of the type,
hours, tariff and additional options availability.

Project №6: The mobile devices remote monitoring system (Arkyver) Project cases and prehistory:
The main prerequisites for the system creation were the need to control: by the companies’ management - the quality of sales centers work at customer and clients
service; from parents – their minor children actions, negotiation subject, correspondence, and the
circle of friends.
Project objectives: Developing solutions that allow you to record calls and SMS messages on the main types
of smartphones.
Solution: “Stylesoft” specialists created a system
consisting of websites, databases, and applications for smartphones. This solution allows you to record all calls, messages and contacts on the iPhone, Android and BlackBerry. All recorded communications are sent to a centralized database system. The user and his authorized persons may view information about calls, messages and contacts by going to the application at any time.
Results for the customer:
Each user of the system «Arkyver» can not only view certain information from mobile
devices, but also give access to it to other users. Areas of system use: for administrative use:
for example, a company (department, security services) controls their workers in order to determine the customer service quality or information leakage channels.
for personal use: for example, parents can control all phone communications of the child; for example, the system user may publish their phone conversations and text

Project №7: The software solution LumenPlay – system for lighting scenarios control Project cases and prehistory:
A prerequisite for the system creation was the market demand for mobile applications that control interactive lighting. Project objectives: The main goal is to develop a mobile application for iOS / Android, that can control the LED-light garlands scenarios. The application had to support several types of LED-strings, allow you to select the color settings, the frequency of switching and predefined templates. Solution:
The development is made by "Stylesoft". Technology is based on BluetoothLowEnergy - BLE. Results for the customer:
In addition to direct sales of LED-strings, the customer had the opportunity
to provide the following additional services:
mobile application for full LED- garland control;
individual light scenarios settings.

Project №8: The software solution Airkey is an online-reservation system Project cases and prehistory:
A prerequisite for the system creation was the need in a mobile application for online-registration and fast hotel reservation. Project objectives:
The object is to develop a software (server, Web site, mobile application for iOS / Android) for registration, quick reservation and access to the rooms. Solution:
“Stylesoft" specialists developed a
system which includes server-side API to communicate with client applications and servers reservation. The mobile application allows the user to stay in a hotel, register (check-in), access to the room through the hotel's technology using BluetoothLowEnergy - BLE. Results for the customer:
The customer received a comprehensive software and hardware solutions to simplify the process of registration in hotels. Users can quickly access to the room without visiting the reception. Hotels reduced the bookings process time, increase labor productivity and the number of customers.
