CONSULTATIONStanton Millworks welcomes the opportunity to get involved with a project during document development. We provide insight on construction, feasibility, materials, and schedule.

DESIGN & TECHNOLOGYWe assist in the design and selection of materials for each project. Our Laser Etching and CNC Technology produce intricate designs and endlessly customizable solutions. We utilize the latest 3D modeling and manufacturing software combined with multiple CAM technologies, dedicated work centers, and automated processes. Our use of technology continuously evolves, allowing us to more efficiently produce consistent high-end work.

PROGRESS SCHEDULEA schedule outlining all critical items and completion date is always provided and continuously monitored and updated as the project progresses.

SUBMITTALSStanton Millworks expedites long-lead items by establishing and maintaining a system to review and submit shop drawings and samples for architectural approval.

Dotloop Regional Headquarters

Dotloop (a Zillow Group business) expanded their Cincinnati headquarters within the historic Longworth Hall, a renovated warehouse originally built in 1904. Spread over three floors, the new offices include a variety of amenities and collaborative open work spaces. Stanton Millworks’ projects included:• multiple elevations of casework per floor• solid surface tops• wood trim and features• a three-story staircaseThe stairs were the culmination of a significant effort in both the shop and the field. It was made of plain sawn white oak treads and landings laminated to 3” thick in three layers, and laminated for width. Each tread weighs approximately 120 lbs. On their own, the stairs encompassed a total of more than 1,100 man hours.

The Cincinnatian Hotel

Stanton Millworks was selected to create a vast portfolio of custom shelving, restaurant elements, and a stunning feature wall in the lobby, all as part of extensive renovations to the historic Cincinnatian Hotel as it became Ohio’s first Curio Collection by Hilton Hotel. The portfolio of work included:• Host station, main bar, and wall casings in the new

American-style gastropub, Brick + Mortar. • Custom shelving and doors in The Hannaford eatery. • Custom shelving and wall casings in public gathering

spaces, including the first-floor library and lounge.• A feature wall on display in the lobby. The stunning work

pays homage to Cincinnati’s hills. Made from all Red Oak material, solid and veneer, with vertical slats made from plywood that has been miter-folded into the solid-looking 2x shape. The slats are also semi-removable to allow access to the LED lighting. Lighting from LED tape follows the contours of the hills on a recessed sublayer. Each layer consists of five panels that were shaped on our CNC router, and jointed in the field.

Dayton Children’s Hospital

2018 Award of Excellence recipient from the Architectural Woodwork Institute. Stanton Millworks was tasked with creating a clean new modern aesthetic for the 10,000 SF interior renovation of the pediatric hospital. Former in-patient nursing units were converted to office space for the senior leadership team and a state-of-the-art boardroom. Stanton Millworks fabricated the following items:

• Rift sawn White Oak feature wall, floating credenza, and wall panels

• Painted wood slat wall treatment• Five reception desks with casework• Multiple elevations of back painted glass casework• Upholstered banquette seating• Closet and storage shelving• Bathroom vanities• Back painted glass marker boards, presentation rail• Multiple elevations of plastic laminate casework
