FOR OUR STDENTS, ENCOURAGING THEM TO USE A WIDE
RANGE OF MATERIALS IN THEIR DESIGN PRACTICE, AS WELL
AS COMPUTER-BASED PRACTICE.
THIS HAS BEEN DONE WITH A STUDIO-BASED TEACHING AND
LEARNING METHODOLOGY IN MIND. THIS RECOGNISES THAT
STUDENTS LEARN FROM A RANGE OF SOURCES: FROM THEIR
LECTURERS AND MATERIALS, FROM THEIR PEERS AND FROM
THEIR PRACTICE.

AS A REGIONAL UNIVERSITY, CSU IS ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN PARTNERING
WITH COMMUNITY, WHICH ENABLES OUR STUDENTS TO:
PARTNER WITH LOCAL ORGANISATIONS AND
GAIN EXPERIENCE WORKING ON PROFESSIONAL
PROJECTS AND BUILD THEIR PORTFOLIO;
FORM PROFESSIONAL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
WITH ORGANISATIONS WITHIN THEIR REGION.
