At Appointments Bi-Language we run our business less aggressively than the traditional recruitment model.

Nicole Debson | Founder & DirectorI set up Appointments Bi-Language 20 years ago along with my business partner and have loved every minute of running my own company. A francophone, with a knowledge of Spanish and Arabic as well.

James Munro | Managing DirectorI helped set up the company’s temp desk when I became their first employee (a year after the company was formed). A director of ABL since 1995.

Charles Russell | DirectorI joined Appointments Bi-Language shortly after James and became a director in 1997. I’ve lived in Switzerland, France, Germany and Denmark and speak French and Spanish fluently.

Matthew Curley | Principal ConsultantMatthew joined in 2004 having previously recruited for the property and construction industry. I’m a recent social media champion, having got appointments bi-language onto Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Maria Donoghue | Senior Recruitment ConsultantI have been with the company for four years and look after the translations and interpretations desk for the most part. As a modern languages graduate plus Spanish mother tongue, it is great to be able to use my languages for work.

Ridha Ben Abdeljelil | Finance ManagerA Tunisian, with fluent French and Arabic and a Masters in Economics and Management, I chose to settle in the UK 10 years ago and am now Financial Manager of Appointments Bi-Language.
