Although there is strong evidence supporting the deleterious effects of increased intra- abdominal pressure (IAP), IAH and ACS in different patient populations, the measurement of IAP is not yet applied universally even for those indications where evidence is most strong. In addition, changes in fluid management strategies have influenced clinician’s perceptions and approaches to IAH and ACS. This survey will be compared to a survey conducted in 2007 to determine current trends in clinician knowledge and management of this problem. We kindly request your assistance in the distribution of this survey that has been endorsed by the Abdominal Compartment Society. It would be tremendous if as many countries as possible are represented. To this end, we request your help and ask if you would be able to send the link to all your members encouraging them to complete this 8-10min survey. Thank you for your time and consideration of the above request.
