About the ABC Trek
Cost: $1,800 (excluding international flights)
Cost includes all internal flights & travel / food & accommodation while trekking / guides, porters and permits / travel insurance
Dates: 15 November – 30 November 2019
9 days of trekking from Syauli Bazaar (1220m) to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) and back
Visits to cultural and tourist attractions in Kathmandu & Pokhara
Trek participants raise funds for Green Pastures Hospital’s work treating and rehabilitating people with spinal cord injuries and leprosy

Friday 15 Nov Arrive Kathmandu and transfer to Pokhara
Saturday 16 Nov Pokhara Highlights:
• Experience Nepal church • Rest and briefing in Pokhara’s lakeside district
Sunday 17 Nov Pokhara Highlights:
• Pokhara sunrise experience • Boating on Phewa Lake • Walk to the World Heritage Peace Stupa
Monday 18 Nov Pokhara Highlights:
• Half-day volunteering alongside long-term leprosy patients at Green Pastures Hospital farm
• Meeting INF Australia expatriate workers & visiting INF’s pioneering Green Pastures Hospital
