Marketing Update

1. Branded Displays – If you are in New Orleans stop by our marketing booth to select your layout for the branded displays. 2. ALF Tag Emails – This week, Chris Roath has been sending out the first round of activity tag communications to help educate you on how to properly use the activity tags and the best practices. If used together, they will help increase conversion rate with NAF provided leads.

3. 1st Quarter NAF Advertising Co-op Deadline is Due Friday, March 29 – If you have any receipts and you want to be reimbursed for the first quarter, please submit those receipts in before March 29th. The reimbursement will be EFT into your account as a credit. Please click here if you want to see the guidelines for the NAF advertising co-op.

4. Referral Marketing Package Update – Last week I added a new tracking sheet for your referral marketing packages. It is called the action plan or section five at the tail end of this document it will allow you to download it. Work on this action plan spreadsheet together with your sales representative or provide this as an objective for doing the job. In any case it will facilitate how they tackle community based marketing programs. Please click here to review it:

5. New Signage Co-op - I have good news for everyone who has purchased signage using the new Always Best Care logo dating back to January 2018.  This new co-op will cover exterior signage and marquee interior signage. This co-op allows each franchisee to receive a 50% reimbursement for old signs to be updated with the new logo.  The maximum the co-op will cover is $500.  Please note, this is only for signage that is connected to a building or structure and NOT marketing materials. So, if you have updated your signs in the last year, please forward those receipts to [email protected] for reimbursement. If you are uncertain if your sign will be covered, please email me directly before you spend the money. Remember, if you need help with retrofitting signs, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist.
