building block to the cognitive, emotional, and social development of the individual.

The ABC Best Books for Children Catalog supports this national literacy campaign

by providing suggestions for out standing books, chosen by a committee of

children’s booksellers. The catalog also includes the 2004 winner of the E.B. White

Read Aloud Award, nominated by the independent bookstores across the nation

who are members of the Association of Booksellers for Children.
