• Course code / title / description.
• Suitable date (week number) see schedule above for weeknumbers.
• The number of participants and their names (if available).
• Your company details and official purchase order number. At this time a preliminary booking is made.
• If you have any queries contact Greg Sale, Per Stigsson or Lydia Di Rienzo on (03) 8544 0000.
• Course hours: 10:30 – 16:30 Monday, 8.30 – 16:30 Tuesday – Thursday, 8:30 – 14:30 Friday.
Confirmation of your bookingWritten confirmation of the course details and times will be faxedto you approximately 3 weeks prior to course commencement. Ifpayment has not been received by ABB 2 weeks prior to coursecommencement the reserved position will be deemed vacant.
CancellationIf a cancellation must be made, please do this as soon as possible.Should cancellation be made less than one week prior to a coursecommencing 50% of the course fee will be charged.If no cancellation is made and your participant does not attend thefull course fee will be charged.
Course feeThe course fee includes all materials, documentation and lightlunch but does not include travel, accommodation etc. ABBreserves the right to change course schedules or cancel thecourses due to insufficient numbers booked on individual courses.
Training courses at your premisesCourses can be arranged to be held at your plant by mutualagreement.
