1 Introduction
This model implementation conformance statement is applicable for ABB 670 Series (REB670, REC670, RED670, REG670, REL670, RES670 and RET670) and 650 Series (REB650, REC650, RED650, REL650, REQ650 and RET650) of version 2.2 when configured in Edition 1 mode.
This MICS document specifies the modelling extensions compared to IEC 61850 edition 1Clause 2 contains the list of implemented logical nodes. Clause 3 describes the new and extended logical nodes. Clause 4 describes the new and extended common data classes (if any).Clause 5 describes the new and extended enum types. Clause 6 describes any other extensions.
1.1 Scope
The purpose of this document is to serve as the MICS, Modelling Implementation Conformance Statement according to IEC 61850-10. It covers the content of the products within ABB 670 and 650Series of version 2.2.The document contains the description and layout of the Logical Node types, the vendor specific Logical Nodes and the vendor specific additions to the standard Logical Nodes.The details of the respective DATA types are described in the ICD file for the respective products, mentioned above.There is no vendor specific Common Data Classes defined in these products.
This document describes the layout of the Logical Nodes types used in the ABB 670 and 650 Series product platform. Each Logical Node type represents a function or a part of a function. The descriptions of the functions and their connection to the logical nodes are described in the Technical reference manuals. From the products definitions, it is a strict relation between the version of a function and the version of each Logical Node type and these are re-used in different products based upon ABB 670 and 650 Series platform. Note that the type versions of the Logical Nodes and their attributes are only unique for each ICD file. This means that during engineering, creating the SCD file(s) of the communication, the tool may change or add content to the type names.
1.2 Denominations
Although not required nor defined in IEC 61850, the ABB 670 and 650 Series supports version handling of the Logical Node types. The reason is that it shall be easy to distinguish between the LN types used in different version of the products based upon the same platform and the version of the platform. The revisions of LN type higher than 0 have Revision<No> concatenated with the LN type name.DATA types are not version handled.

3.1 New Logical Nodes
New logical nodes have the lnNs attribute in the Name plate. The value of lnNs is $, which in this case is a reference to the MICS document.
