Stop & Starts Whirlpool.Press once to Start and again to Stop the whirlpool. The system is fitted with asafety pump immobiliser that prevents the whirlpool from running withoutsufficient water in the bath.
Power indication Light.The Red light indicates that the power is on. This must be illuminated before thewhirlpool functions will operate.
Water Level Indication Light.When no water is present the Light is Red. If the bath fill reminder has beenactivated the light will flash. When water is present the light turns Green.
Whirlpool Function Light.Green light indicates that the whirlpool is running.
Bath fill Reminder.Whilst the bath is empty, press and hold down until the beeper sounds thenrelease the button.Fill the bath with water. When a certain level is reached the beeper will sound.Press any key to silence the beeper. (Note: the bath fill reminder is not asubstitute for checking the bath whilst filling). The Power light will flash toindicate the bath fill reminder has been activated.

+/- Power Adjustment.To regulate the power of the whirlpool jets press and hold the button. The powerwill cycle up and down, when the desired massage setting is reached releasethe button.
Pulsing Massage.Press to start the pulsing massage press again to stop.
User Instructions
Adjustable JetsThe jets can be adjusted by rotatingthe bezel until the desired pressure isreached. Do not turn all jets off at once.
Aqua Light (Optional).Press to turn on, press again to turn off. To change Colour, turn the light onand off (double press). The light goes through each colour in sequence. Thelast option cycles through all the colours automatically.

If you suffer from a heart condition or are pregnant consult your doctor before taking a whirlpoolbath.DO NOT allow children to bathe in the whirlpool unattended.DO NOT allow hair to become entangled with the suction fitting (the largest fitting in the bath). Ifnecessary bathe using a shower cap.DO NOT take a whirlpool after a large meal or after drinking alcohol.DO NOT over do it! Start by having the whirlpool on for a short period and build up graduallyeach bath time.DO NOT bathe in hot water above 40 Degrees Centigrade (104 F)DO NOT use large quantities of bubble bath, it will cause excessive foaming.
Whirlpool Bathing Safety
Care and MaintenanceDO NOT use bath oils, these will coat the pipes and cause a build up of grease.DO NOT run the whirlpool system without sufficient water in the bath, this will cause damage tothe pump.DO NOT clean the whirlpool fittings with abrasive or multi-surface cleaners. Use only mild soapywater and a soft cloth.
An R.C.D. MUST be fitted to the electrical supply it is an essential safety feature. If one has notbeen fitted DO NOT use the bath and consult a qualified electrician. Test at least once a month asfollows.1. Turn the R.C.D. to the ON position,2. Press the ‘TEST’ button. The R.C.D. should trip to the ‘OFF’ position. (If the R.C.D. fails to tripoff consult a qualified electrician.)3. Switch on as normal when the bath is to be used.
Testing R.C.D.
The Immobiliser is standard on the Abacus Whirlpool systems. It is designed to prevent thewhirlpool system from running until water has reached the correct bathing depth. When activatedthe bath fill reminder provides a safeguard preventing overfilling of the bath.
