Sania is a former Associate with Alvarez & Marsal’s Financial Industry Advisory Services. She was with thefirm from 2008 to 2015. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of The Citizens Foundation, aprofessionally managed non-profit organization set up in 1995 by a group of citizens who wanted to bringabout positive social change through education. The Citizens Foundation is now one of Pakistan’s leadingorganizations in the field of education for the less privileged.
