Conditions of participation
1. Contest is designed for bodybuilders using only natural methods of preparation incl. foods and
food supplements without using any health damaging substances, especially doping substances
and anabolic steroids. Only officially registered supplements for sportsmen of a Czech or
international production are allowed.
2. The final term for sending applications is the 11. 10. 2017. The application sent after this term
cannot be accepted (icompetenatural.com) ATTENTION!!! Entry fee can be paid only in
advance via iCompete Natural (PayPal) from 6.10. To 11. 10. 2017!!!
Entry fee: 800 CZK / 1 category (about 35 Euro / 1 class)
3. Every contestant is asked to confirm by his sign that he did not use any drug and fully accepts
rules of this contest incl. penalties.
4. Doping control – Organizer is responsible for doping control ensured by ČSNS according
international rules (WADA).
5. Sanctions – in an event that the contestant’s drug test result is positive, he or she will be

6. Mass limits allow to rich the high level of contest quality without use any doping.
Any monster muscle volume cannot be a target for contestants. On the other side high quality
of muscles, symmetry and adequately ripped muscles should be preferred.
Mass limits
The criteria of “body height in cm minus 100” will be checked by weight and height controlling.
This criteria cannot exceed the body weight plus
0 kg at the height of 160 cm
1 kg 160 cm - 163 cm
2 kg 163 - 166
3 kg 166 - 169
4 kg 169 - 172
5 kg 172 - 175
6 kg 175 - 178
7 kg 178 - 181
etc.
Example:
By height controlling was measured the height of contestant 168 cm. His body weight can be
maximum 71 kg, e.g. 168 – 100 = 68, 68 + 3 = 71 kg
176 cm, 176 – 100 = 76, 76 + 6 = 82 kg
187 cm, 187 – 100 = 87, 87 + 9 = 96 kg
Competitors exceeding this limit cannot participate on the contest.
CATEGORIES:
Only those athletes who compete in the first season category (spring and autumn) can register
for "NOVICE". The category "OPEN" is divided into 2, 3 groups according to the height, if
more than 12 athletes are registered…
MALE – NATURAL BODYBUILDING
I. Juniors – 18 - 23 years
II. Men Novice
III. Men Open
IV. Men under 75 kg
V. Men over 75 kg
VI. Masters – men 40 – 50 years
VII. Super Masters – men + 50 years
Body evaluation – muscle development
¼ turns + mandatory poses:
Front Double Bicep, Front Lat Spread, Side Chest, Rear Double Bicep, Rear Lat Spread, Side Triceps,
Abdominals + Thigh with hands behind head.
Marked are: Overall muscle volume, body Symmetry and overall harmony between individual muscles.
Judges prefer muscle outline and quality not overdone volume and inadequate dehydration. Overall
appearance must be pleasant, full of energy and strength. Judges will also take in account skin make-up.
Mr. ROUTINE – new category !
Routine round + 1x ¼ turns + mandatory poses !
Routine round must be under 60 seconds. Attire should be
neutral Posing Suit and athletes must be barefoot. Thongs are not
permitted.

FITNESS CHILDREN: free exercises only!!!
1. Category Fitness Freestyle – 5-7 years, 8 – 9 years, 10-12 years, 13-15 years, 15 years and over 2. Category Acrobatic Fitness - 9 – 11 years, 12-15 years
Children category should contain only a free exercise program. It should last 1.30 - 1.45 minutes. There
should be power elements, flexible and acrobatic ones too. Composition should show particular
movement skills of the competitor.
TIME SCHEDULE
Saturday – 14. 10. 2017
8.30 - 9.15 - registration of children (hotel Thermal)
9.30 - 13.00 - semifinals + finals of children
10.00 - 11.00 - meeting representatives from all countries (hotel Thermal)
10.15 - 12.30 - registration of athletes (hotel Thermal)
13.30 - 19.30 – semifinals + finals in all categories
20.00 - reception
Registration: competitors have to be registered in sport clothes having a passport
Accommodation: Athletes will be accommodated in hotels in the area. There are diferent options for accommodation with
prices ranging EUR 15 – 40 per person / night.
