Our specialized lawyers are on hand to advise our clients on all aspects of purchasing either a residential or commercial proper-ty. From the initial checking, or to the drafting of a private contract, through to signing at the Notary and inscribing the property at the Land Registry.

We would carry out all the relevant checks to ensure that the property is legally sound, free of encumbrances and that all the co-rrect certificates are in place. We can then either prepare a Power of Attorney, should the client be unable to attend the signing or we would accompany our clients to the Notary, where we would translate and advise accordingly.

We can act for either individuals or companies, showing them the most tax efficient way of investing their money and maximising their profit. Our aim is to advise investors on the reliability and viability of their prospective investment. This is done by preparing a finan-cial study, along with a profitability study, which is prepared by our specialized accountants and lawyers.
