AAC – Maintaining Social Distancing

Prevention

In order to provide a workplace that promotes social distancing and limit potential exposure, we have had to make several changes

We need your support to maintain a healthy work environment for yourself, your co-workers and your family

Probably one of the biggest challenges is maintaining Social Distance

Social Distancing

• From the time you start to enter the facility, you will notice defined walking locations (cones, chains, arrows and marks)

• The marks are spaced 6 feet apart to help remind members about social distancing

• Sanitizing stations have been added at many locations• One-way traffic flows have been established for the common areas

• This will require patience and understanding to be effective

• The following slides will show some of the changes that have been made

Other Significant Changes• We will be temporarily suspending the laundering of the uniforms

• Members will have to wash their uniforms

• Lockers cannot be used at this time• Members will need to remove their items for this time

• Lunch boxes• Due to the traffic flow in the break rooms, lunch box rack will no longer be

used

• Water coolers• We have removed the water coolers from the floor• However, we will be allowing members to have cups on the floor, but they

must be reusable and lidded• Managers are identifying areas next to your work area to store these

Other Significant Changes (Cont.)

• Smoke Rooms• No longer located inside the Plants.• Smoking will be allowed outside each breakroom in the marked designated

areas. Please remember to maintain Social Distancing.
