AAA Print Group is a Western Australian, family owned and operated business supplying and servicing clients Australia Wide since 1976. Our mission “To ensure customer satisfaction through service that exceeds expectations” has been upheld through 3 generations and continues to be the driving force behind our business today.Through years of investment in production equipment and our team, we have a highly e�cient and productive factory accompanied by a skilled team of employees. Our investment ensures our clients receive unparalleled service fromfirst contact to the delivered product.
AAA Print Group was established as a trading entity for our 3 business divisions.
This was a strategic move to help us enhance our business relationships with each client and consolidate our resources. Our commitment to you means we are constantly striving to innovate, develop and improve our company and production.

HistoryJanuary, 1976
December, 1978 St James Print is founded by Brian Lewis as a back-shed operation with a Vertical Miehle and a Hand Guillotine.
St James Print relocates to a factory unit in Pilbara Street, Welshpool.
December, 1986 Completion of new factory in Mallard Way, Cannington with operations commencing from new building in January 1987.
May, 1990 Installation of first Heidelberg GTO Press.
October, 1996 Extension of Mallard Way factory to accommodate growing production needs and more machinery.
October, 2009 Installation of our first digital press – a Konica Minolta C6501.
January, 2015
Completion of purpose built Factory and O�ces in Mordaunt Cct, Canning Vale. Moving into newpremises coincides with the installation of our first Metal CTP (computer to plate) system, a Heidelberg SpeedMaster O�set Press, Konica Minolta C8000 Digital Press and an Automatic Eyeleting Machine.
Our relocation also bought about a new Name, Image and Business structure to enable us to better serve our customers……the birth of AAA Print Group.
AAA Print is our general print division servicing all areas of commercial printing. With both Digital and O�set machinery we can cover any aspect of print, from short run/quick turnaround digital print jobs to up-market corporate catalogues that require high quality o�set printing and finishing.

AAA Promotions is our promotional product & clothing division. We have 1000s of products available across 13 di�erent product categories. With our extensive range of products, from a selection of carefully chosen suppliers, you can be sure we will have a product to suit your next marketing campaign. If not we can source a large array of custom products from Australian or O�shore factories depending on your timeline and budget. From the humble plastic pen to a custom designed exhibitionstand and anywhere in between if it can be decorated, we can do it.

Decoration ProcessesPad PrintingPad printing is a process where ink is transferred from an imaging plate to a substrate via a silicone pad. Common products for pad printing are: pens, keyrings, golf balls, stress shapes, torches and multi tools.
Screen PrintingScreen printing is the most common form of garment printing as it is cost e�ective and durable. Fine details and shading can be lost in screen printing and some artwork needs to be altered to suit.
Laser EngravingLaser engraving is a process in which a design is cut or burnt into a substrate using laser light. Laser Engraving is usually used on metal, glass or wood for permanent decoration.
EmbroideryEmbroidery is a tried and tested method of decorating fabric. With good digitizing and embroidery machines, stunning looking logos can be recreated using only stitches of cotton.
DigitalNew technologies have enabled digital direct to substrate printing to become a reality. Full colour images can be reproduced on almost any substrate and are instantly cured through UV lamps to give great turnaround and stunning image quality.
SublimationSublimation employs a printing process that uses heat to transfer dye onto substrates such as plastic, cards, paper, fabric and ceramic. This is great for full colour prints.

AAA Safety Tags manufacture and stock a large range of standard and custom safety tags. Through innovative printing techniques, custom built eyeleting machines and a dedicated stringing and packaging team we consistently deliver high quality at low cost on both stock and custom tags. We only use 8mm brass eyelets meaning all tags can be used with a string or as a lock out tag with a padlock. High quality nylon strings are used to enhance protection in harsh mining and outdoor applications.
We have tags for all applications with an economy tag range which is printed on card and supplied with a 6mm drilled hole or our tearproof tags which are printed on a waterproof polypropelene material. We also have mylar encapsulated tamper proof tags for applications where information security is key. Tags are supplied in bags of 100 with a resealable opening for added value.
With custom printed tags, the options are endless. We can add client logos to our stock tag range or manufacture a fully customised tag with perforations and sequential numbering. AAA Safety Tags is a leader in the industry and whatever you requirement, we will have a solution.
