2013 AAA Educational Youth Scholarship Winner

ABOUT ME

Name: Jacqueline Decker

Age: 18

Grade: College Sophomore

Current Home: Madrid, Spain

School: St Louis University

Major: Electrical Engineering

Favorite Appaloosa: Obviously A Sunnyboy

AAA was excited to announce that Youth member Jacqueline Decker was selected for the 2013 AAA Educational Youth Scholarship. This Scholarship was open to any ApHC Youth member that is also a member of AAA that are high school seniors graduating that year (enrolling in college) or already enrolled in college. To be eligible applicants must complete a minimum of 10 hours of volunteer time with the AAA, submit a completed application and current school transcript along with an essay detailing what being a AAA member has meant along with their history with Appaloosa Horses. Jacqueline received $1000.00 Scholarship to be used for her education. Currently she is taking a semester is Madrid Spain while pursuing her Electrical Engineering degree at St Louis University.
