End of programme
• Towards the end of your programme, time with your tutor to assess your readiness for your end point assessment criteria
Frequent checkpoints throughout your apprenticeship from your programme tutor or skills coach
• Provide ongoing coaching for continuous improvement
• Guidance and support with assignments
• Looking ahead to what’s next on your pathway
• Once you have successfully completed your pathway, we will celebrate your success and support you on your next development journey
