DESCRIPTIONS

Specially designed for both bitumen/interlocking and concrete

road surfaces. (see installation method)• With metal rod retainer, it reduces the chance of hump dislodging from

bitumen or interlocking roads. (picture 2)

• High impact loading with longer product life-span compared to other humps.

• Easy installation using anchor bolts.

• No painting required unlike concrete hump.

SPECIFICATIONS

• 4 nos. glass reflector elements on each centre piece of hump could maximize

the reflectivity in the night. (picture 1)

• Material using 40% recycle rubber, 40% natural rubber and 20% urethane

compound.

INSTALLATION METHOD on concrete surface

• Using anchor bolt 10 mm (diameter) x 40 mm (depth).

• 4 bolting points on a centre piece hump.

INSTALLATION METHOD on bitumen/ interlocking surface

To prevent hump from dislodging on bitumen/interlocking surfaces, use the following methods only on NIPON C-50 hump.

• Insert a retainer bar in the centre running through the entire hump. (Picture 2)

• Using at least 250 mm long stud with stainless steel bolting. Secured with “Hilti” epoxy for strong durability. This method will hold the entire hump together.
