Technological leadershipFibertex is a diversifi ed and global supplier of

nonwovens based on the latest needlepunch,

spunmelt and thermal bonding technologies.

Through close cooperation with leading research

institutes, Fibertex is at the cutting edge of

innovation in engineered fabric solutions. As

a result, commercial nanofi bre-based products are

available.

Fibertex effi cient fi lter mediaFibertex offers a wide selection of needlepunched

and thermally bonded fi lter media. Many years

of experience and manufacturing excellence

combined with a wide range of surface treatments

enable us to provide our customers with effi cient

fi lter media.

Air fi ltrationFibertex produces a wide range of needlepunched

fi lter media with high air permeability, superior

dust-holding capacity and low tolerances. All

products have high burst strength and good

abrasion resistance. Fibertex offers hydrophobic

and hydro/oleophobic treatments and special

media with antistatic properties. Thermally bonded

high loft fi lter media are also available.

Liquid fi ltrationFibertex offers a full range of needlepunched fi lter

media with high fl ow capacity and good retention

properties and micron-rated 1-200 μm. Fibertex

fi lter media are manufactured from FDA/EC-

compliant material which qualifi es the products for

food-grade applications amongst others.

Nanofi bresFibertex has conducted extensive research into

nanofi bres and launched commercial products. The

main benefi ts of Fibertex nanofi bre fi lter media are

increased fi ltration effi ciency with lower pressure

drop compared to conventional fi lter media.

Moreover, the increased active surface area of the

nanofi bres and the small pore size deviation ensure

unparalleled fi lter media performance.

Innovation and partnershipFibertex invites its customers to participate in the

development of innovative fi lter media for different

applications. Technical leadership and innovation

add value to customised products. Teamwork with

our customer´s specialists is the basis of close and

benefi cial cooperation.

Reliable nonwoven supply chainThe Fibertex supply chain is an ongoing process

to ensure that the demands of our customers are

fulfilled. It greatly contributes to maintaining our

superior level of technical support, R&D, logistics,

production and quality in all areas. All for the

benefit of our customers.

Nanotechnology

Fibertex has conducted extensive research into nanofi bres which has resulted in

and the small pore size deviation ensure unparalleled fi lter media performance.

Why low pressure drop using nanofi bres?

....Less non-permeable surface area of fi bres signifi cantly increases porocity.
