He was a member of Cropper Baptist Church and worked at Hussey Copper in Eminence. He is survived by his father, Joel Jaggers, Shelbyville; his mother, Janice Jackson Jaggers, Eminence; his daughter, Lilley Ann Jaggers, Cropper; his sisters: Hannah Elizabeth Jaggers and Samantha Noel Jaggers, both of Eminence; his loving girlfriend, Katelin Risen, Shelbyville; paternal grandparents, Lillian Clark, Cropper and Sonny Jaggers, New Castle; maternal grandparents: William and Phyllis Jackson, New Castle and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was the son of the late Fred and Maudie (Frazier) Mertz. He is survived by three daughters: Tammy Downey, Carrollton; Melissa Mertz and Amanda Mertz both of Bedford; his wife, Phyllis Mertz, Bedford; two step- daughters: Kathy Childs and Patty Moore, both of Milton; and one stepson, Robert McIntyre of Sanders. ROSCOE RANDY SIZEMORE, 61 Roscoe Randy Sizemore, age 61 of Lockport, died Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at New Horizon Medical Center in Owenton. He was born in Detroit, Mich., and was the son of the late Roscoe Sizemore Jr., and Bonnie Smith Sizemore. He was a retired engineer from CSX Railroad where he worked for 42 years. He is survived by two sons: Randy Sizemore (Candy), Frankfort and Scott Sizemore (Jennifer) Gratz; one brother, Dale Sizemore, Bedford; two sisters: Rhonda Sizemore Haines and Wanda Turner, both of Bedford; 8 grandchildren: Kelsey Sizemore, Bailey Banta, Morgan Banta, Karlee Sizemore, Kailen Sizemore, Kody Sizemore, Christopher Sizemore and Destiny Downey. He was preceded in death by his wife, Suzan Sizemore and daughter, Nadina Sizemore. Funeral services were 2 p.m. Sunday, May 6, at Sholar Funeral Home of Pleasureville. The Rev. Justin Michael Jaggers, age 22 of Shelbyville, died Friday, May 4, 2012. He was a member of Cropper Baptist Church and worked at Hussey Copper in Eminence.
