    Use not as + adjective + as to talk about how

    two people, places, or things are not the same.

    After the second as, you can use:

    An object pronoun (me, you, him, her, it, us,

    them)

    A subject pronoun ( I, you, he, she, it, we,

    they) + verb.

    Todd is as tall as me.

    Todd is as tall I as I am.

    You dont need the second as + person,

    place, or thing when the meaning is clear.

    Anne is a fast runner. Ryoko isnt as fast.

    (Ryoko isnt as fast as Anne.)

    4. Use than before the second part in the

    comparison.

    You dont need than when the meaning is clear.

    They are stronger than us.

    Her brother is fast, but
