Physical and Mental HealthWell-being, or holistic wellness in the workplace refers to the physical and mental health ofemployees assuring that in addition to them being productive, they are comfortable and fulfilled in professionally and personally.

Sustainability Employees are seeking out organizations with strong environmental and sustainable practices. Beyond standard recycling programs, air quality, passing heating and cooling, and the overall reduction of a workplaces carbon footprint are some of the ways companies can achieve sustainability goals.

FlexibilityMany single-purpose spaces of yesteryear have been phased out and replaced with a balance of spaces types that focus on fast-paced collaborative experiences and can be changed depending on the task at hand.

CONCLUSIONSWe can conclude from our findings of both case studies, that Privacy in a space takes up a big percentage, spaces that were far from the main circulation were the ones that provided most privacy.For well-being we concluded that natural elements in a space is an important aspect in our health, including materials that are well specified and does not have any harmful substances, staying on the path of using sustainable materials is the best solution.For collaboration we concluded that having a flexibility in a space to more furniture around or giving the flexibility for people to move around is essential for collaborative spaces.
