Turn your interior into an arena of sporty highlights.With the legends interior competition kit you can strengthen the sporty character of your A1 in the interior as well. The decorative trims on the air vents, centre console, the door handles and the interior mirror set striking accents. This package is rounded off by floor mats with matching graphic print. Our employees can

be very superficial sometimes.

But only when they’re working on the inlays for your vehicle. Every single one of our products must fulfill the high standards of Audi Genuine Acces-sories. And often that depends on the way they look - like in the case of the inlays and their high-gloss surfaces. To achieve an especially brilliant result, the inlays are first applied to the rear side of the parts using screen printing. These fascias only measure 0.7-1 mm in width, and only take on their finished shape by means of a deep-drawing process. The finished product will im-press you due to its perfect fit, fast in-stallation time and durability. Finally, to confirm this, our engineers imple-ment extensive testing procedures such as the sun simulation test. Because of this, you’ll be able to enjoy your legends competition kit for a long time. It con-jures up images of the colour scheme of Audi Motorsport’s history: like when Walter Röhrl mastered Pikes Peak in record time in his Audi S1 Sport quattro during the legendary “Race to the clouds”. A brilliant result — just like the inlays for your Audi.

What can you learn from bats about parking?

Quite a lot, we would say. Like navi-gating using ultrasonic signals. Bats use this technique to get their bearings in even the toughest terrain, with im-pressive accuracy. So it is obvious that Audi would make use of the same prin-ciple for its parking system which can be retrofitted to assist you with parking and manoeuvring. The 4 sensors in the bumpers, which can be painted over, al-ternately send ultrasonic signals which are reflected back by obstacles. The ret-rofit kit is individually calibrated to achieve an extremely precise system in the relevant zone from 1.4 m to 30 cm. This ensures that the trailer towing hitch from Audi Genuine Accessories, for example, does not cause the system to mis-detect obstacles. So ultrasonic signals get the bat to its destination and your Audi safely into the parking space.
