If you’re over 16 and not in full-time education you can apply for an Apprenticeship. The College offers courses in a range of industries from Marketing to Engineering and Management to Sport Coaching.

No Extra BaggageUnlike university, there are no tuition fees to study an Apprenticeship. The full cost of your training is funded by the Skills Funding Agency, or sometimes your employer will also contribute to the cost. Therefore every penny you earn won’t be foreign currency!

How Will You Travel? There are three types of Apprenticeship you can apply forattheCollegedependingonyourcurrentskillsandqualifications.

IntermediateLevelApprenticeship(Level2)ApprenticesworktowardsaLevel2qualification,aswellasFunctionalSkillsandarelevantknowledgebasedqualification.CompletinganIntermediateApprenticeshipwillallowyouentrytoanAdvancedApprenticeship.

AdvancedLevelApprenticeship(Level3)AdvancedApprenticeswillworktowardsaLevel3qualificationaswellasFunctionalSkillsandarelevantknowledgebasedqualification.

Higher Apprenticeships(Level4orabove)HigherApprenticeshipsaretheequivalenttoadegreelevelwhichcouldleadyoutoprofessionalstatusandseniorjobroles.

ThisIsYourCaptainSpeaking…Youremployerwillprovide‘onthejob’training.Fromworkingalongsideyourcolleaguesyouwilllearnfromsome of the best in the business.
