2. Full demolition of existing 2-story Classroom Wing E.Demolition of Classroom Wing E must be completedduring Summer of 2016.

3. Modifications required at first and second floors ofBuildings A and B where Classroom Wing E wasremoved.

4. Removal of trees in courtyard.5. Removal and salvage of "Garden of Angels" monument to

be reinstalled in Phase 5B of the project.6. Removal of sidewalks in courtyard.7. Modification of subsurface drainage, Re: Civil.

Phase 3A includes (Work in Phases 3A and 3B is concurrent):1. Additional electrical service work, Re: Electrical.2. Construction of new 3-story Classroom Wing M.3. New connections to subsurface drainage for new

courtyard.4. Upgrade of openings in East Building H (Girl's Gym) wall

to provide 2-hour rated separation.5. Modification of existing covered walkway for construction

of new Classroom Wing M.6. New covered walkway connection at East end of

Classroom Wing M.7. The work included in this phase is to be Substantially

Complete in 850 days.

Phase 3B includes (Work in Phases 3A and 3B is concurrent):1. Abatement of Building B (Not In Contract, to be performed

by separate contract by Owner).2. As Additive Alternates No. 1 and No. 2, selective

demolition of areas of Building B (Administrative/Media).3. As Additive Alternates No. 1 and No. 2, renovation of

Building B (Administrative/Media).4. As Additive Alternate No. 1, addition to Building B

(Administrative/Media).5. As Additive Alternate No. 1, addition of new entrance to

school at Building B (Administrative/Media) including newsidewalks and planters.

6. The work included in this phase is to be SubstantiallyComplete in 775 days.

Phase 4 includes:1. Abatement of Building C (Not In Contract, to be performed

by separate contract by Owner).2. As Additive Alternate No. 3, selective demolition of

Building C and subsequent renovation of Building C. Alsoincluded is an new canopy to the South of Building C.

3. The work included in this phase is to be SubstantiallyComplete in 775 days.

Phase 5A includes:1. Abatement of Classroom Wing F (Not In Contract, work to

be performed under a separate contract by Owner). Allow35 days for the abatement of Classroom Wing F.

2. Complete demolition of Classroom F building andfoundation. Demolition of Classroom Wing F must becompleted during Summer of 2017.

3. Modifications required at Building B where ClassroomWing F was removed.

4. Final site grading.5. Implementation of new landscaping.

Phase 5B includes:1. Construction of new pad for "Garden of Angels"

monument.2. Construction of new sidewalks in courtyard.3. The work included in this phase is to be Substantially

Complete in 850 days.

General Notes for All Phases:1. During all phases of work school will be fully operational

during regular school calendar year. The schoolmaintains use of some facilities during the summer breakfor camps, etc. Safety of students, staff, and visitors isvery important. Fencing and barricades as required tokeep non-work personnel out of the construction site willbe Contractor's responsibility.

2. Coordinate with Owner to move out of existing spacesthat are to be demolished or renovated prior to Contractorneeding to obtain that space to work if necessary.

3. Reference instructions to bidders Article 11 CompletionTime for milestone time frames for each phase of worklisted above.
