Suitable for shotcrete jobs in the multiple applications like tunnelling, mining, slope, swimming pools. Available with electric or Diesel motor. The standard equipment includes a complete pipes line, water pump and washing device. For an improved level of safety, and to comply with some local norms and codes, PCS is also available with ATEX.

BOOMDesigned and manufactured for mining and for small tunnels. Robust and at the same time versatile and extremely precise on nozzle placement. The boom has a vertical reach of 10 meters. Thanks the vertical slewing ring the operation is able to follow the entire profile of the tunnel, at every height, with only one joystick movement on the proportional radio remote control.

CHASSISCST 8.20 truck is an off-road vehicle with hydrostatic transmission and one speed hydraulic stepless the machines are equiped with the closed driving cab and ROPS-FOPS approved. The driving seat can be turned 180°.

AIR COMPRESSORAvailable as an option, the air compressor makes to the shotcrete mobile machine anindependent in air production needed for shotcrete operations.

CUSTOMIZEDThe machines can be configured with Diesel engine STEP 3A or STET 3B and with antiparticulate filter. ANSUL fire extinguishing system is available on request.

BOOMThanks the three section “Z” folding concept, the CSS-3 boom gives the flexibility to operate in a versatile and safe way in any kind of tunnel. The boom turret has a double slewing ring for horizontal and vertical boom rotation and can shift along the truck longitudinal axis to extend the working surface and to reduce truck movements. Moreover the third element of the boom is telescopic. The boom is driven by a radio remote control.

CHASSISCSS-3 truck is an off-road vehicle with hydrostatic transmission. Four wheel drive, four wheel steering with three steering modes, two mechanical speeds with hydraulic stepless. The machines are equipped with the closed driving cab and ROPS-FOPS approved. The driving seat can be turned 180°.

PUMPING UNITS & DOSING SYSTEMS

The pumping unit is designed for shotcrete applications. The number of cycles per minute is optimised to reduce wear and vibrations. “S” Valve in wear-proof casting, self-compensative wear ring and wear plate represent CIFA high level of Research and Development and avoid valve blok, often caused by metallic or composite fiber in the shotcrete mix. The hydraulic double-circuit ensure fast and precise valve swinging and a considerable concrete flow uniformity.

CIFA ACCELERATOR DOSING SYSTEM UnifluxH1 & Uniflux2

Uniflux is a CIFA dosing system for all types of liquid additives and it is equipped with a peristaltic pump which is electronically managed. The dosing unit is available in different capacities. Uniflux electronic components are integrated in the main control panel. By the display it’s easy to set the dosing and to check the maintenance scheduling.

An innovative spritz system vehicle that offers many advantages, increasing work efficency by reducing fuel consumption, pollution and costs.

CHANGE THE RULES: FULL ELECTRIC SYSTEMS.The traditional underground vehicles adopt diesel engine combined with hydrostatic trasmission in the driving mode. CIFA redefines conventional hydraulic system: now it is supported by high efficiency electrical devices. The electronic system, with software fully developed by CIFA Engineering, is responsible to manage all functions to maximize the efficiency of the machine. Many functions that usually are mechanically managed, become electric in CSSE. This permits to simplify the whole system, to reduce maintenance and to increase the performance.
