Quarter Purpose of the Sabbath School

Activities

1st January - March

Fellowship Development Establish friendships with at least two new believers.

Have group activities – lunch, prayer walking, visiting, bible study, etc.

Attend church weekly & participate in ministries.

Utilize various social media.2nd

April -June

Community Outreach Reach out to members who have not been attending church.

Invite strangers, friends, family & coworkers to church.

Distribute literature. Get a pen pal. Use various social

media, send letters/cards, to encourage a close relationship with God.

Pray for yourself and others. Get a ministry partner and together

develop and implement spiritual projects.

3rd

July - September

Bible Study Daily read the Bible, Sabbath School lesson, & a Spirit of Prophecy book.

Call family, friends, coworkers and encourage them to study daily.

Study with someone who needs help to have a better understanding

4th

Qctober -December

Foreign Mission Contribute to ministries that focus on foreign initiatives.

Pray for the missionaries. Give a generous 13 Sabbath offering. Go on mission trips. Participate in Harvest Ingathering.
