I started to work in the family company when I was 19 and in these decades the changes have been a lot: every time we see challenging opportunities we seize them immediately, but our passion and willingness behind our relation with internal and external collaborators remain always the same. To reach these targets we are doing all the efforts to be a professional organization that can quickly answer with solutions proposal. family, has grown during the years and
now it is one of the most important
company for high technological
equipment manufacture for several
areas: grey iron and Aluminium
foundries, Automotive, Food,
Aerospace.

40 people in technical, commercial
and productive area allows to O.M.LER
2000 to propose and guarantee to
each customer unique solutions to all
requests and needs.

Work with customers does not come to an end with delivery but continues with
prepared staff at all times to step in in case of a problem or for answering any
question. Presence and reliability are the added value: the importance of the
relation with the customer is the basis of the company philosophy.
O.M.LER 2000 studies and develops equipment and devices and presents draft projects in 3D to provide customers with
an immediate interpretation of the project architecture. Design, development and computer simulations are completed in
cooperation with the best manufactures of mechanical, pneumatic and electronic components in the world.

Migration from CATIA V5, CATIA V6; ESPRIT CAM. View and conversion of all principle 3D file types.

“Assembly area has a 1500 sqm area”
Assembly area has a 1500 sqm area and it is composed by a 5t overhead travelling
crane and 2 pcs. 500kg jib hoists, a hydraulic fixture to test hydraulic fixtures, 5
benches with tools.
The company has a 2900 sqm
production area with a machinery
park with numerical control machines
of new generation.
The process starts in the cut area
and continues with milling process,
numerical control turning, surface
grinding, universal internal and
external grinding, centerless grinding.
All the numerical control machines
are web integrated and programmed
by CAM workstation from specialized
team.
