Licences for the production of food itemsAt Carletti we have obtained both BRC (British Retail Consortium) and IFS (International Food Standard) certifications. These two very highly respected standards define the standardization of quality, safety and operational criteria and ensure that manufacturers fulfil their legal obligations and provide protection for the end consumer.
