A Cover Letter
• A covering letter should be included with every curriculum vitae you send. Your covering letter provides detailed information on why are you are qualified for the job and explains the reasons for your interest in the company / position.
Content of The Cover Letter
• The content of your cover letter should be brief and structured
• Your letter should address the relevant contact person
• Always follow a specific instruction
• Briefly outline your current situation and why you are seeking change.
• Tell the potential employer a little about yourself

Walk into the interview knowing what you want to achieve and the information you seek to communicate. • Display positive non-verbal communication. • Listen well and build rapport. Elaborate when
required. • Turn any objection or negative into a positive. • Take the initiative to share information that may
not have been discussed during the meeting, in a way you feel will add value.
