Old Vienna Apartments

Thank you for your reservation with Old Vienna Apartments. We are delighted to welcome you as our guest. Old Vienna Apartments is located in Leopoldstadt (2. district) in direct vicinity to the Karmelitermarket and the riverwalk along the Donaukanal.

Check – In and How to get Your key:

Regular Check-In hours are from 3:00 p. m. – 10:00 p. m. (Please let us know should you plan to arrive earlier). We will then prioritize the cleaning of Your apartment to get it ready as soon as possible. You can also leave Your luggage in our basemen should we not be finished at the time of your arrival.)

How to get Your key: Please come in through the main entrance door. Please use the key in the lockbox left of the main entrance (Code 2706) should the door be locked.

Afterwards proceed through the hallway and turn right at the end of the hallway. Take the elevator to level: D1 On the floor D1 you will find several lock-boxes on the left wall. On one of these lock-boxes you will find your name. Inside you will find a set of keys. One key is for the main entrance door and one is for your apartment. There will also be a description how to find your apartment.

Your lock-box will open with the 4 last digits of the credit-card you provided for your stay and by pushing down the black button.

How to get there:

From Airport (30 minutes):

Take the airport Bus to Morzinplatz and from there walk over the bridge crossing the Donaukanal and then walk a short distance up the river until you reach Herminengasse. Take a right into Herminengasse and number 12 is just one block down (25 minutes bus ride and 7 minutes walk).

From any Train Station: Take the underground and change to line U2 and get off at the station Schottenring. Find the exit Herminengasse at the very end of the U2 stop and walk down Herminengasse. Number 12 is one block down to the right.

Where to Shop

In close vicinity of your apartment is a supermarket which is open from 7:15 a. m. – 7:00 p. m. Monday – Friday. Saturday it closes at 6:00 p. m. There also is a pharmaceutical shop close by, which is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a. m. – 6:00 p. m. – Saturday until 12:00 a. m.

In Your apartment You will find a brochure with detailed information. The brochure also contains a map with the location of supermarkets and restaurants.

There are several restaurants of different varieties close by which serve food typically from 12:00 a. m. – 9:00 p. m.

Old Vienna Apartments is pleased to offer you complimentary internet services. In the brochure in your room You will find the password for the internet.

Mobile Phone:

Old Vienna Apartments can assist you with phone rentals. An additional charge will apply. Please let us know in advance what you would like us to organize for you.

Non smoking Policy:

Please note that “Old Vienna Apartments” has a non-smoking policy in the apartments. We charge a fee of € 200 for violations.

Parking:

Parking is free in the streets from 10:00 p. m. – 9:00 a. m. during workdays and the entire weekend. During other times you are required to pay a fee to the city for keeping your car on the street

(http://www.wien.gv.at/verkehr/parken/ ). There is a parking area in close vicinity of Old Vienna Rooms

where you can leave your car.
