Hi and welcome to Smart Service, the most flexible HVAC software you’ll find. With Smart Service HVAC Software,
we have a seamless interaction with QuickBooks with all your customers, employees and vendors, a list of all your
products and services, and even your QuickBooks employee timesheets. We have a seamless search where you can
quickly come up to the top and type your customer’s name. You can even come in here and search by last four digits of
someone’s phone number as well as search by the service or billing address.
With any addition that you do here through Smart Service HVAC Software, it’s a live time feed into QuickBooks. So if
we need to adjust the contact information we simply type in our new name and fill out the information. So once you’re
done, all you have to do is click Save and Close. Another great feature of Smart Service is the multi-tab function. You
can have as many different tabs open all at the same time, allowing you to multi-task that much quicker.
There are no more tedious imports or exports you have to do to QuickBooks. So once you make your change, you can
quickly come into QuickBooks and see our new change. So there’s a live, continuous feed into QuickBooks when you
make any type of adjustments.
With scheduling, we offer the most flexible, intuitive scheduler with solutions to manage your multiple departments.
You can even associate different colors based off timestamps. Click on any type of job and see all the information over
here to the left of your Smart Pane. When it comes to scheduling, it only takes a few mouse clicks. All you have to do is
go to the employee, click and drag, and right click.
This is where we can create a brand new job. You find your customer and click Okay. So what’s great is that we’ve now
scheduled the date, time, and employee all at once from the scheduling board. All you’re left to do is type in why we’re
going out there.
Once you’re done, all you have to do is click Save and Close. It’s that quick and easy to create a job right here on the
calendar. Now within a matter of minutes, this job will be dispatched to our iPhone and iPad product, iFleet.
Once the job is scheduled in Smart Service, all that’s left is for the technician to synchronize to get that job. All we have
to do is press Sync on the Apple device. Now you can see we have two jobs and we can then come in here and see all the
jobs scheduled for that employee.
In Smart Service, we have the Mobile Workforce. This is what allows you to see all your technicians using iFleet, even
quickly come up here and see the location where they last synchronized.
Once you click the arrow, now you can see a pinpoint at the last time they synchronized. This gives you the ability to
track your employees’ locations, timestamps, and more in the Mobile Workforce tab.
