A user will login using his/her credentials. Gazetted Officers Sr DCM, DCM, ACM will need to contact

Admin for creation of Login Credentials. For Other Officers (Non Gazetted Officer or NGO),

credentials will be created by Gazetted Officers.

Post login Gazetted Officer can-

Create Login Credentials of NGO

Declare All Stations under him/her

Declare Public Utilities

Assign NGO for every Station

View Reports as Available

Error Count Report can be downloaded as well as Count of Public Utility at each Station can be

glanced at once.

Post login, NGO has to-

List out all Public Utilities for every Station marked to him/her

Report Faulty Public Utility and after rectification by relevant technical department, close

Report

Gazetted Officers and Relevant Technical Department will receive Collated Error Report across

Stations every morning for every Defined Public Utility till they have been marked working by NGO

assigned.
