The joy of Manchester Art Gallery is in its flexibility. From contemporary spaces to traditional, richly hung Victorian galleries, you can choose a setting that best fits your event. Working alongside our Events Team, you’ll be able to select the right space for you, and you’ll be able to personalise or brand it to create a one-off look and feel.

Take advantage of what we do best. Book a private tour with one of our expert guides, or an introduction to some of our best-loved artworks, and give your guests a unique experience.
Bespoke food and drink
Our small, dedicated team produced a home-cooked menu on site. From canapés and fine dining to buffet suppers, we can create exactly the menu you’d like.

Our lecture room is a flexible, purpose-built conference space that comes with easy to use equipment. While delegates will enjoy being in the heart of a busy, working art gallery, you’ll enjoy a bright, easily accessible room, free WiFi, blackout blinds and flexible layout options. We also have a smaller meeting room that can be used on its own, or for breakout sessions.

Take advantage of your location. Ask about our private tours, find out how delegates can get closer to some of the country’s finest displays of art, fashion and design, or speak to us about our package of interactive team building and well-being sessions.
