Go to http://trello.com
Click Sign Up if you do not have an account.
Click Log in if you already have an account
For now lets Click Sign up
Sign up form will appear
Enter your Name
Enter your email address
Enter your Password
Click Create New Account
Welcome Page will appear
Click Check your inbox
A message from Trello will appear in your
inbox
This is the message from Trello
Click Verify Address
A new browser will open.
This is what it looks like
You are now ready to use Trello
Click Create New Board
A board is a web page containing list laid out
horizontally on the page,
so you can get a birds eye view of
your project.

Enter the Title of your plan
Click Create
You can now add a list of Things to Do
On the right hand side is the options for other menu
Collaboration is one of the major
interesting feature of Trello
Its when you add a member to a certain
board and collaborate in accomplishing it.
To add a member of the group, type the email address at the Add
Members menu
Click the Add Members Menu
This will appear after typing the new members email address
Type the Full Name of the new member
Click Send
An invitation will be emailed to the new member to
join [email protected]
This is what the content of the email sent to the
new member.
Once a new member will be added this will

On the first list
Type your first thing to do in the Add list option
Click Save
Another Add a list will appear
You can name the new list as Doing
We can name the 3rd add list as Done
Under every List is an Add card
You can now list the task under the
to do [email protected]
Under To Do List you can type the first task
Click Add
Type another task.
Another Add card below will
You can keep on adding another task until all specific task
has been [email protected]
Once you started working on the project, you transfer the To do card in the Doing List
Drag the card under Doing
The First card is transferred under Doing
Another good thing about Trello is you can
zoom in details for each card or task.
Click on a specific task/inside the card
Card contains- Checklist- Images
Card contains- Attachments- Deadline dates- Colored labels
Card contains- Discussion notes from
other who share the board

You can click Edit the description if you want to change the details
of the [email protected]
A text box will appear
Then Click Save after you are done with your editing.
You notice on the right hand
side are different options
Click on Members, to add a member
of the team to work on this specific task
Choose among your previously added
members who will be incharge in working for
the specific [email protected]
Once a member is selected it will appear here
You can also use Labels to mark the
task [email protected]

Another option is
the Checklist
A Checklist is a list of sub-task within a task.
Click Checklist and Click Add
You are now ready to add specific sub-task
to accomplish one major task.
Type on the text box the specific task to be accomplished.
If your done any of the task you can simply
Check the task and it will show you how many percent you're done.
Another great option is the Due date
Click on the Due date
and a calendar

Select and Click on the
date you want the task
To adjust the time just click on the time
box and type the time you
Then click Save
Due date is now added on the task
After typing every specific sub-task just click Add
Once your done with it you can drag it again under the
Done [email protected]
The card is under the Done List
That is how simple and enjoyable to use
