How to use Google Hangout?

First you must have your google account.

Enter your username and
PasswordThen click Sign in
[email protected]
This will appear

Then Click your Name with the +
[email protected]
Google plus account will appear
[email protected]
On the upper left, click Home
[email protected]
This will appear
[email protected]
The other option is to click on the lower right “Start a video Hangout”
[email protected]
On the lower right click “Start a video Hangout”
[email protected]
This will appear
[email protected]
Click on the send invites and a drop down menu will appear
[email protected]
Choose the circles you want to hangout with or
Type their individual email addresses
[email protected]
Then Click Invite
[email protected]
You can copy the link and share it to the people you want to joun the hangout
[email protected]
While waiting for the others to join, try the options on the left hand side
[email protected]
The other option is to click the Drop Down Options
[email protected]
Then Click Hangout
[email protected]
This will appear
[email protected]
Click Hangouts On Air
[email protected]
This will appear
[email protected]
Click “Hangout On Air”
[email protected]
Then a pop-up window will
[email protected]
Type the name of the Hangout
[email protected]
Tell people about it
[email protected]
Click Later
[email protected]
Date, time and duration of schedule
will [email protected]
Click on the specific time
[email protected]
Change it to Philippine Time
[email protected]
Click on the audience
[email protected]
Click on the “X” on the Public
Since this is only for “Friends”
[email protected]
This will appear and Click Share
[email protected]
This will appear
[email protected]
Go back on that event page, if its already
your scheduled time to start hangout.
[email protected]
Click “Start” to start the
hangout with your friends.
[email protected]
You are now ready to broadcast
[email protected]
But your not yet LIVE, Its only you who can
see your face.

To invite people into the hangout,
Copy the Web Address.
[email protected]
Click here

Copy the Web Address and send it to who ever you want to
hangout [email protected]
On the lower left you can see the Links
[email protected]
Several links will appear
[email protected]
The event page is for people who wants to
join the hangout.
[email protected]
The YouTube Page is for people who is just going to watch the hangout.
[email protected]
The Video Embed Link is used if you want to embed the recordings of the hangout in your blog.
[email protected]
Hover your mouse on the top and you can see several options.
[email protected]
The most important of those options are the microphone and
the [email protected]
Make sure that these two options are ON so people can hear and see you.

To add more people in the hangout, Click here

To check for Volume, Click here

To end the hangout, Click here

On the left side are
another set of options

The first option is the
Chat
[email protected]
Click Chat, then a side bar at the right
will appear.
So aside from talking you can also type
whatever you want to contribute in the

The next option is the screenshare.
It allows you to share your screen.

Click Screenshare
This will appear

After choosing
the screen you want to
share.
Click Share

The next option is
Showcase
[email protected]
Click Showcase
This will appear

The next option is Q & A
[email protected]
The next option is Capture
[email protected]
It allows you to take a photo using the camera and share it to invited
people in the [email protected]
Click Capture
A camera button will
appear

Click the camera button to take different photos of yourself or anything
you want to [email protected]
On the lower right are your captured Photos
[email protected]
To view the Photos Click the Photos
[email protected]
This will appear on the right
[email protected]
The next option is
the Cameraman

It allows you to take a video while
doing the Hangout
[email protected]
The next option is
the Control Room
[email protected]
Click Control
Room, this will appear
[email protected]
The Control Room allows you to adjust your guests volume and video in real
time.

To adjust your guest volume move this cursor
[email protected]
It also allows you to eject someone who
misbehave.

The next option is
the Draw
[email protected]
Click Draw
[email protected]
This will appear

The next option is Google Effects
[email protected]
Here is a series of google effects with its corresponding

If your ready Click Start Broadcast

This will appear, then click OK

Once your done you can simply Click Stop Broadcast
