The program is based on practical experiences for today’s business environment, and applies both personally and professionally, providing for a more balanced life.

Results-Centred Leadership™ is divided into twelve sessions. It includes written learning materials, audio fi les, and a success planner for easier learning and retention. The audio fi les and success planner forms are also available online; which further facilitates learning, either in-person or remotely. All sessions are led by certifi ed facilitators with real-world experience.

The Kiwanis Club of ElmiraKiwanis is an international organization of volunteers with over 600,000 members worldwide. The Elmira club was started in 1975, and its members champion the Kiwanis Music Festival, Kiwanis Santa Claus Parade, Woolwich Christmas Food Drive, Kiwanis Oktoberfest Hall and Leadership Woolwich. All monies from fundraising go back into your community. Through our efforts, we provide funds for scholarships, EDSS First Robotics, books for schools and libraries, and many more projects aimed at helping children.

The Achievement Centre (TAC)TAC was founded in 1984 as a sales and leadership development company. TAC has provided skills development and results for hundreds of local, national and international organizations. Clients include local businesses with two or three employees and international companies with tens of thousands of employees. TAC has a number of franchise offi ces, with a head offi ce in London Ontario.

The ProgramThe foundational materials include the Results-Centred LeadershipTM program: a course that has been developed, refi ned and updated over 20-plus years. Individuals from across Canada, the US and the Middle East have improved at producing more profi ts for their employers, building better teams, improving the organizational culture, and becoming more effective and effi cient.

Because it is conducted over 12 months, participants have a chance to implement and practice what they’ve learned and share results with their peers. There is greater accountability to each other. There is also an emphasis on community leadership and involvement.
